House clean , and much bigger than it looked on the listing. The external space is a delight !!! Anyway , we'll be back at the next time.

We stayed a month in the house, great for Pets a nice space, perfect. We did some hiking in the area, everything was very close and very safe. The house did not present any problems throughout our stay.

Cozy space, excellent for relaxing and enjoying the nearby waterfalls. The heated pool is perfect. Fully equipped kitchen. Luciana and João were excellent, very helpful, charismatic and gave us several recommendations for tours.

Great place, we went to a championship final and made the check-in and check-out times more flexible. Very clean and pleasant place, there are 15 or 16 beds and has room for more. Two Bunks and ample space for parking

Lovely domed building in a beautiful, private and peaceful setting with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Parking space next to the dome. Nice size shower room. Kitchen very small but adequate and well-equipped. Great walks in the wood and down to a nearby river. Nice swimming pool. Good Wi-Fi. Great place to stay for a countryside escape!

The stay was great, the only problem we had is that the awning to protect the gourmet area from the rain didn't fix very well on the ground, and the internet was slow… but as it rained little we didn't have so much trouble with it! We made good use of the house and was compatible with the listing.

It's hard to describe how wonderful the place is. From the fantastic view of the river, to the multitude of activities in the house and the affection and care with which everything was done, to the extreme hospitality of Renan and Marcia. We had a perfect weekend! Of the more than 40 homes I've visited through the app, this is possibly the best, a 10.

My family and I were looking for a place in Botucatu that would be pleasant and comfortable, that would give us access to sights of the city, so that Acácio's house was perfect for us: super cozy, very well decorated, in the midst of nature, but also allowed easy access to amenities such as a market and restaurant (whose access is not difficult to dalí). We spent memorable days there, visited waterfalls, made trails, enjoyed a beautiful farm and we could always rest well. A hospitable and pleasant environment! Back there is definitely in our plans!

Priscila and her house are amazing, me and my family we feel at home, always willing and kind, responded quickly and gave all the support I needed, a fully equipped house, quiet place, not to mention that I have a pet and I could make her super comfortable in the house! I stayed with family. Murilo was extremely helpful from the first instant. The apartment served us perfectly. Very clean, organized and cozy. My daughter found plenty of room to play, including in the pool. We found no difficulty in arriving or finding nearby market and restaurant. We will definitely be staying again at an upcoming opportunity.

It was all very good, Mrs. Neide's farm is wonderful, we went as a family, everyone liked it very much, the children had fun in the zip line, volleyball, playground... The heated pool is covered, so even in the rain you can normally enjoy the pool, which is next to the barbecue leisure area. Dona Neide even leaves towels to use after the pool, she was very attentive, provided liquid soap in all bathrooms and the house was impeccably clean. It has screens on all the windows to keep the insects out. Because in rural areas it is normal to have them, and the contact with nature is enormous there. It's a beautiful house, beautiful garden, everything very well maintained. It has sofas and an excellent table for socializing. You can sit there and enjoy nature, and we even saw a beautiful sunset on the farm. We will be back.

Perfect stay, the host Mr. Luiz always available, friendly, I request from the first moment of the actual reservation. Only good things about Mr. Luiz! The house is great, room fans, full kitchen, internet flying, well spacious barbecue area with freezer, everything works. The swimming pool is a chapter apart, warm all day, it is heated, perfect for children, including the night. And you can count on the security and facilities of the condominium! Carnival 2024 could not have been better! Even soon Mr Luiz!

We are very pleased with the stay! Spacious, quiet environment, organized rooms with impeccable bedding, well-equipped kitchen, large table. The perfect place to accommodate everyone comfortably. Rogério left a volleyball net and mounted balls, which also ensured fun. It left a gallon of 20L of water. Town you need to get organized for filtered water or other items depending on the number of people and days of stay, so you don't have to leave. It has a winery about 10min. We liked it very much, we were pleased and we would definitely come back.

The house is simple, clean and with everything we needed for the stay. Super met our needs and is in a super quiet neighborhood.

The Ranch/House is exactly as it appears in the description and photos. The place is quiet, has privacy, is very well equipped and has good amenities. Be aware that there is no internet and the cellular signal is weak, as described. Renata was wonderful. She was flexible with the check-in time, and she also tried to help with the delay we had due to traffic. He made us super comfortable, showed us everything about the property and gave us valuable tips about the region and city. In addition, he left treats for us. Our vacation at the IBIRAOCA farm was wonderful. Clean and very well furnished environment, there were 9 of us and we were very well installed with very spacious bathrooms, equipped and spacious kitchen. All the rooms were already made up with bed linens and pillows. Easily accessible location with nearby shops for emergencies, such as a market, pharmacy and pizzeria. We went with our pets and the outside area was the place we enjoyed a lot, with a beautiful view of nature, well-trimmed and manicured grass. The pool with a slide was a lot of fun. The barbecue area is also very spacious and super equipped with grills and skewers. We will definitely return!

Her apartment really has the feeling that we are at home and she made sure that we felt that way. The place is exactly as described, safe and close to everything (pharmacy, supermarkets, bars, butcher shop). The property offered everything we needed for the stay, without having to worry about anything. Everything impeccable, clean, from cutlery, plates and pots to sheets, comforter, etc. Anyway, this will always be our address of choice when we need to visit our son who is studying in the city.
