My family and I were looking for a place in Botucatu that would be pleasant and comfortable, that would give us access to sights of the city, so that Acácio's house was perfect for us: super cozy, very well decorated, in the midst of nature, but also allowed easy access to amenities such as a market and restaurant (whose access is not difficult to dalí). We spent memorable days there, visited waterfalls, made trails, enjoyed a beautiful farm and we could always rest well. A hospitable and pleasant environment! Back there is definitely in our plans!

We hosted in Prosa and Poetry and everything was impeccable!!! The premises are very charming, very tasteful (after all, Rose is an artist), extremely clean and organized. Rose has a special concern (just like us) with all the trash produced! Now the main point is the host's attention and sympathy. Rose, we love to meet you and the Prose and Poetry, soon we will be back.

Wonderful house located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city. Extremely comfortable and cozy, ideal for families. A large backyard, with a very comfortable, fully equipped gourmet outdoor area. The interior of the house is super cozy, with TV and fans in all bedrooms. To start, this isn't a normal Airbnb rental, it's an experience unlike anything you've ever seen. Starting with the receptivity of Mr. Manuel, unparalleled person and of a high culture. The whole house designed and decorated by it, receives us with great attention and explains the smallest details, from how to take care of the house, the guidelines of care for the nature that the Demétria neighborhood has as ideology and culture, of places to visit, where to eat, where to walk, the lakes, in short, for those who want a place isolated from everything and with total connection with nature, being able to find exotic animals like an anteater, there is the place. There is no television, if your idea is to stay in the house to mess up, loud sound, it is not the place for you. Nota 1000 and I intend to come back more often

An excellent place to relax in Botucatu, with a good place for children to enjoy.

Everything very perfect, if I ever see a low rating of this house, I call for a fight!! The site is really ideal for those who want quiet, peace and quiet. We went to 16 people and all were absolutely well installed. We felt in a soap opera of those with farm houses, it was all very rustic and beautiful. I recommend everything from the house, you can rent it without fear. Just don't expect badalacao, the place is far from the world, dirt road, but until you get there the path is very beautiful, if you don't have the car, like us, it will all be amazing!!
