Vacation rentals with a patio in Botucatu

The cottage is beautiful and the photos match the listing. The kitchen is equipped and has basic items such as salt, sugar, etc. The host provided the precise information to get us to the location and was available to respond to us by WhatsApp when we needed it. The only setback we had was that no streaming platform was working on TV (Netflix, youtube, Max...nothing worked), only the open channels were working (it was a problem that the hostess could not solve remotely and neither could we...but I believe it was a fatality and I would not fail to recommend the cottage because of it). The bathtub is wonderful!

The house is impeccable, as well as intelligent. The well-thought-out spaces for better convenience. The kitchen is perfect, the bathroom with two showers, the large bedroom. Everything very well placed and positioned.

The house is great clean well located but the access to the condominium has 15 km of dirt road and we had 2 problems of lack of electricity something that seems to happen with a certain regularity

My family and I were looking for a place in Botucatu that would be pleasant and comfortable, that would give us access to sights of the city, so that Acácio's house was perfect for us: super cozy, very well decorated, in the midst of nature, but also allowed easy access to amenities such as a market and restaurant (whose access is not difficult to dalí). We spent memorable days there, visited waterfalls, made trails, enjoyed a beautiful farm and we could always rest well. A hospitable and pleasant environment! Back there is definitely in our plans!

Quiet space in the midst of nature. Lots of birds. The city is very close, with easy access to markets and restaurants. The place is very comfortable and clean with all standard utensils. Ideal for resting.

To start, this isn't a normal Airbnb rental, it's an experience unlike anything you've ever seen. Starting with the receptivity of Mr. Manuel, unparalleled person and of a high culture. The whole house designed and decorated by it, receives us with great attention and explains the smallest details, from how to take care of the house, the guidelines of care for the nature that the Demétria neighborhood has as ideology and culture, of places to visit, where to eat, where to walk, the lakes, in short, for those who want a place isolated from everything and with total connection with nature, being able to find exotic animals like an anteater, there is the place. There is no television, if your idea is to stay in the house to mess up, loud sound, it is not the place for you. Nota 1000 and I intend to come back more often

I spent the carnival holiday with my boyfriend and my dog. We love the space! The place is inside a super quiet condo. The best part was the contact with nature, there has a beautiful view and a trail that leads to a river of stones. A delight!
