Monthly Rentals in Boston

This Airbnb's location was perfect for my trip to see exhibits at the Gardner and Boston Fine Arts museums, which are very close by. The apartment is close by shops, restaurants, and food venues. The apartment was--as described--clean, quiet and with the amenities I needed in excellent shape. Linens and towels were nice quality. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure and hot water.

I don’t even know where to begin. My two-month corporate stint with Hyatus in East Boston was nothing short of legendary. From the moment I stepped into the apartment, I knew I was in for something extraordinary. The views of the water alone deserve their own five-star rating – waking up each morning to the serene shimmer of the harbor was the perfect way to start every workday. I am a consultant always on the road and often stay in places that are kind bare, sterile and impersonal, Hyatus created something magical. I wasn’t just staying in a rental, I was living in a space that inspired me daily. I would return in a heartbeat and honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I stayed here while in town for the Boston Marathon and it was incredibly perfect. Location and in unit amenities were exactly what I needed. Paige was helpful when I had logistical questions. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a home base in a quiet neighborhood in Boston.

I enjoyed my stay at Maya’s flat. It was very roomy and had all of the amenities I needed. It was very close to the laundromat and convenience shops. The flat is 3/4 minutes away from the bus stop for the 116 bus which takes you to Maverick train station in 25 minutes. I would recommend the flat for long term stays in Boston. It became very homely!
