Vacation rentals with a sauna in Bosphorus

Emin’s place was magnificent. View was breathtaking & competes with many places in the city with views. I loved waking up to the gorgeous view & coming back to it every evening. It was part of the visit’s highlight. There are no blackout curtains and the light is strong but I wasn’t bothered. I slept with an eye mask & wanted to see the views the second I wake up. So I didn’t even use the curtains. The building has many services & is easy to locate. The penthouse was neat & organized. The amenities were very good (coffee machine, washing machine, kitchen utensils, air fryer). It needs a microwave and definitely mirrors. There’s only 1 in the bathroom with bad lighting. The only downside of the place is that there’s no AC in the bedroom & it was very hot. I had the AC on in the living room & the fan on in the bedroom to try to move the cold air but it was quite uncomfortable. Emin was a wonderful host. He communicated all the time, before the trip and throughout.

The site is great, the tires and the balcony are large and the building has all the services from the market, the salon, the coffee shop, the free car park and its guards over the course of 24 hours I recommend it and I thank Mr. Ahmed Barakat

We had a great week-long stay in this apartment in Istanbul. The flat was very clean, neat, and had everything we needed. It was a bit small but totally fine for three people. The location was perfect — quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe. There are a few supermarkets nearby, and it’s just a short walk uphill to Taksim and Istiklal Street. Going downhill, you reach the promenade and Findikli stop with tram T1 and several buses - super convenient for getting around the city. Just be aware of the stairs in the area :) Selim was very welcoming, let us leave our luggage early, and even offered us an Istanbul card to refill and use. Arif responded quickly to messages and was very helpful, and organizing an airport transfer through them was super convenient. Overall, a lovely and smooth experience — if I return to Istanbul, I would definitely stay here again!

If we are to stay in that area again, we would prefer Mr. Celal's house without hesitation again. The house is as it appears in the photos, and Mr. Celal was very helpful with both check-in and check-out, he was always very interested. The fact that it had parking was the biggest advantage. Yes, the slope it is located is steep, but it is definitely worth it because it is within walking distance to Taksim Square and the bus station.

I rented so many apartments and this is the first apartment where I did not disdain to walk barefoot and use the household items provided. I usually do a general cleaning myself, but this apartment was well cleaned. Only for this you can already give a high rating. Silence at night is very important to me and I did not hear the neighbors in this apartment. Good security, which is also important. I needed this area, so I knew where I was going, but if you are a tourist, then this location will be far from the center. There are no shops in this residential complex yet, it is not very convenient if you do not have a car, it is also impossible to walk to the nearest supermarket, only by bus. Keep this in mind. There are not many kitchen utensils in the apartment for long stays, but I bought more myself, what I needed, as I planned to take it all home. The apartment turned out to be slightly larger than in the photos, the kitchen in life is more cozy than in the photos and in general the apartment is more aesthetic in life, which also pleased me. Nice place

I stayed here for the fair I attended about my work and I really loved it. I used the transfer services when I came home from the airport and it was really useful in terms of time. The house was clean and tidy. The coffee maker was a nice detail. It is located in a very central place, transportation was very easy. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming with everything. It was definitely a place I would want to stay again. Would recommend

We were very satisfied with the service in the house. Except for the cleanliness, everything else was fine. The balcony was unusable without slippers. Very dirty unfortunately. Unfortunately, wearing white socks was not possible in the apartment. Otherwise, the stay there was very good. We would book it again only with the condition that the apartment is also thoroughly clean when viewed on site. Thanks

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Balat, Istanbul. The villa was in excellent condition – everything was well-maintained and spotless. The space was more than enough for our group, and the bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Our host was incredibly helpful, always quick to respond and very friendly, which made us feel truly welcome. Staying in Balat gave us the perfect opportunity to experience the authentic side of Istanbul. It was a real treat to be surrounded by the local charm, colorful streets, and unique atmosphere of this historic neighborhood. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was ideal for a stay of a few nights, with the Galata Tower a few minutes' walk away and the tram to reach the historic center in 15 minutes.
