Villa vacation rentals in Bosphorus

We had a very pleasant stay. We had a peaceful and quiet and beautiful day where we enjoyed the house without getting tired in the crowds of the island. We were always able to reach Yüce Hanıma quickly before and after the stay. The house had most things that could be needed during the stay. We thought that there should have been materials such as kitchen cloth, spare garbage bags, roll towels, which are needed only during kitchen use, but we still left happy and satisfied. Fantastic Historic Location with a Warm & Helpful Host. Murat was an exceptional host—he kindly waited over an hour for our delayed arrival and gave us a thorough tour of the house. His responsiveness and hospitality made our stay seamless! The house itself is charming and cozy, spread across four levels. The location is unbeatable —just steps from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and lively restaurants with nightly live music (expect some crowd noise, but it adds to the vibrant atmosphere!). A few drawbacks: - Water pressure was inconsistent (sometimes stopping mid-shower). - Kitchen sink odor (there was a persistent odor from the sink, possibly due to plumbing issues) Despite these small issues, we highly recommend* this place for its prime location, unique layout, and Murat’s outstanding hospitality. Perfect for travelers who want to be in the heart of Fatih’s historic district! Thank you, Murat, for making our Istanbul trip so memorable!

Lovely comfortable house for our family of 4. Great views and well equipped. In order to get to Üsküdar town and the Fatih easily you need to take a bus which was not ideal but cengelkoy itself is a nice village with some good restaurants and a great historic tea house. Thank you for a lovely stay!

It was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—very walkable and conveniently situated with easy access from the main square. It was a great base for exploring the island. However, I did encounter a couple of issues during my stay. Firstly, the absence of air conditioning made the nights a bit uncomfortable, especially during warmer weather. Additionally, being close to the mosque meant that the morning prayers could be quite loud, which made it difficult to sleep in. Despite these minor inconveniences, I enjoyed my time there and would recommend it for those looking for a charming spot in a great location.

The villa is very comfortable, we were a group of nine and everyone was comfortable, Saban is a 5-star host, always attentive to our questions and helped us a lot with transportation to and from the airport and our tour to Ephesus. Highly recommended stay in Villa de Saban

We had a family reunion at this place, stayed one week. This villa is much better than what you see in the pictures. Host was so friendly and responsive. We met Mesut and his lovely wife, they kindly helped us to find attractive areas and answered all our questions and needs so patiently. The house itself with beautiful and large balcony is fantastic. The large balcony with beautiful view is so quiet and best place for social gathering while each family had their own and private floor. Bedrooms are separated in each floor and rooms have view and character. We loved the house and will come back in future💗Thanks Mesut for making this vacation so special and unique for us. Great place, everything was as described and perfect. Especially the location is unbeatable. Onur has always been available and always helpful.

Duygu was a brilliant host. She was friendly and quick to respond every time I messaged. It was very nice of her to personally welcome us when we arrived at her place and give us a tour of the house. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, crockery, cutlery and equipment. The entire piece was well furnished and the rooms were exactly as in the photos. Linen was clean. There was a nice spot in the backyard for our group to hang out as well as a living room. There was running hot water. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe. Galata Tower, Istiklal Street, Taksim square and Nisantasi were about a twenty minute walk. There are many restaurants and groceries are available nearby. All in all, our stay at Duygu's place exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this house to big groups.

The Galley Hotel was extremely accommodating to us for our 14+ person family reunion in Istanbul! This trip's purpose was for our family from Ukraine, Georgia, and America to all meet in one place for the first time in years, and we are so glad we chose The Galley Hotel for our extended stay. It was a perfect location both for accessing the city, having a spot to rest and recharge, and hosting family breakfasts and dinners. The hotel's resources were also very reliable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfasts we ordered were the perfect way to start our days, and the kitchen was such a vital part of our stay, providing for a place to gather, eat, and play games as a family. The front desk and cleaning staff were absolutely the highlight of our stay. Not only are they available 24 hours a day, but they were extremely communicative with us, just a phone call or text message away if we needed any help or wanted to book any experiences in Istanbul. Istanbul is so amazing! thanks to this appartment that is located in the best place for discovering easily all the great areas near galata. the guest was very helpful , providing all needed informations for a great trip. The place is exactly as described. Very cozy atmosphere. No need to take any taxis as everything is reachable via public transport. I really recommend this one and will probably come back as it was to short!

I felt like I was staying at home immediately. Amazing view and location far away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. House was well stocked for everyday living, cooking utensils, dinnerware, towels etc. The host Behçet Bey is quick to respond and inform of any updates and him and his daughter are happy to help point you out to the best restaurants or grocery stores in town.
