Waterfront vacation rentals in Bosphorus

I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

The best host ever! They helped us with so many things throughout our stay. The house was beautiful and clean, with a stunning view of the Bosphorus. Communication was excellent—very fast and incredibly helpful. The location is strategic, close to the metro, ferry to the European side, as well as cafes and restaurants. We will definitely book again in the future! Just a small note: 3 of the rooms and the bathroom are located in the basement, so you’ll need to go down a flight of stairs.

The room and bathroom are a little larger and very clean than the photos. There were basic cooking utensils such as pots, frying pans, olive oil, and a microwave, which was convenient. The view of the Marmara sea was relaxing and wonderful. The terrace chairs are very fluffy and comfortable. Carrefour Mart is an 8-minute walk, and the bus and train are a 10-minute walk away. If you take the train and go to two or three stops (about 10 minutes), it is right in the center of the old town. The host welcomed us in person and is a very kind and caring person. A wonderful host who answered all your questions. ENES the husband was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is wonderful, fully furnished, and the view is beautiful. A simple note for (specific) people only ( not for all travelers) There is no elevator, which may be a problem for the elderly or disabled. However, for other guests the location is great and close to everything you need.

Great place. Sweet was very easy to reach and connect. Location was the bess part : 9 mins walk to metro , Cevahir shopping mall , and grocery.

Zafer was friendly and generous. He went beyond the call of duty to be helpful. The view of the Bosphorus especially from the bedroom and the terrace was simply magical. I highly recommend Zafer’s place.

Check-in was easy as we found the host waiting for us with his nice mother, the house was also great with a beautiful view, it just lacked air conditioning, we felt hot during the sunny day, otherwise everything was beautiful, thank you very much

The house was a very nice house in a very nice area. Families with small children need to be careful because there are so many accessories in the house and the kids are very curious. Also, if you have a phobia about insects, you may have a little trouble. The beds were very comfortable, with extra towels provided.

A comfortable and clean place with everything you need and a wonderful view

during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again
