ELEGANT 1+1 apartment with Jacuzzi

Important note: Friends, I haven't been able to respond to the comments due to a busy schedule at the moment. That's why I'm leaving a note here. Regarding the last negative comment, the guest said that the jacuzzi wasn't working. The jacuzzi is working just fine. The guest doesn't know how to operate the jacuzzi, and they say that there's no hot water. Regarding the hot water issue, I wish they had called me and told me. I would have explained that the boiler probably ran out of water. It's very simple to adjust. They also say that the floors were dirty. If I walk around my own house today with white socks, the soles will get dirty.

The flat is a few steps away from main Istiklal Street, and just 10 minutes away from famous Galata Port Istanbul by walk. Our flat is warm in winter, and cold in summer time! A fresh Samsung A/C just has been added to flat at the beginning of 2025, its properly warming, cooling & dehumidfying flat! Internet connection speed is solid 100 MBPS fiber!
