We had a great time for a little family getaway at Diane’s place. It had everything you could ask for; incredible views, comfortable beds, great water pressure, and all of the kitchen essentials you would need. Stargazing at night was absolutely amazing here. Thanks Diane!

Booked Jenny's place for an entire month. Throughout the process, Jenny kept in good communication with us informing us of things relevant to our stay. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen to prepare our own meals. The back patio has a wonderful view of the golf course and makes for a lovely setting to watch the sunrise. The pool table provided hours of entertainment along with the activities available within the community, including the pool and hot tub. Everyone who came enjoyed the accommodations and the stunning beauty of the Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable and Clean Condo, in a Beautiful Community. Yes, the view off the back patio is spectacular! Having the golf cart was a bonus, for going back and forth to pool and clubhouse for dinner! A fun stay!

The Dell is beautiful and private. James was professional and easy to work with. There are loads of amenities: big screen TVs, robes, and makeup mirrors in every room. There are comfortable indoor and outdoor seating areas. The pool and hottub were clean and there were plenty of towels. The Dell is surrounded by wildlife, we had rabbits, quail and roadrunners visiting. There was even a blood orange tree that provided some fruit for breakfast. The Dell had some homey features such as plenty of blankets and an impressive collection of Fiesta Ware. This place is perfect for a houseparty with a family or four couples.

Host was very responsive, and property was equipped with everything needed; very well managed. Overall, the stay was great. Positives: - Game room was fun in the evenings. - Pool and backyard were fun during the day. - Enough table & settings to seat 16+ people for meals. - Fun 1950’s Palm Springs style decor. - Rooms were comfortable. - Kids had fun. Considerations: - Jacuzzi water was a bit murky. - Pool table is usable, but not great shape. - The house needs a 2nd full-size fridge. Negatives: - Paid extra for pool heating but it didn’t get warm until day 2. This almost cost them a star, but the host made up for it by granting a request we made on the last day of our stay. The stay was slightly overpriced, but it is one of few properties in the area that can handle a large group. Despite the few negatives, overall the stay fit our needs and the trip was a success.

We have stayed here twice before and have enjoyed each visit. We appreciate being able to communicate with Derek directly with questions and comments. He is very nice and helpful.

Very nice place. Kitchen has every appliance you would need. Lots of sports equipment and indoor games. Great location!

Read all the fine print because I would say this is the most well thought out Air BnB we have ever stayed in- so pack less. Laura clearly knows hospitality because she went above and beyond with consideration to comfort & amenities. We knew her space was pet friendly, however, we have pet allergies & we had ZERO issues because her house is clean & has an air filter fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials -plus, Tupperware, spices, foil, ziplocks, etc… which made preparing meals at the house so easy. Sheets & linens are soft & comfortable- everyone in our family commented on them. Our absolute favorite part of the house is the patio. From sunrise to sunset it is beautiful, shaded from the brutal afternoon heat & has comfortable furniture. Our family members would join us everyday for coffee, happy hour or star gazing because “we had the best patio”. An Ice maker, water filter, WiFi, & pool towels were really appreciated as well. We will absolutely return. Thank you!

This a wonderful place to stay. The view from the patio to the golf course is panoramic and that coupled with the visiting Big Horn Sheep visiting makes it exceptional. The unit is in excellent condition with newer appliances and a great layout. John and Maria are great hosts and very responsive to any issues that may come up. We'll be back, again.

Would stay there again if in the area. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and very clean. The bathrooms were immaculate and we appreciated the extra small touches such as travel size Advil, Pepto etc. in the bathrooms. Those were really nice touches. The linens and towels were good quality and we could tell that the host cared about making the place cozy. Tons of throw pillows on the beds and even a Keurig nook in the second bedroom. A lot of small extra touches which were noticed like wireless chargers on both night stands in the large bedroom. This is really a gem located in a gated and peaceful community in Borrego Springs. The host was very responsive and friendly. We were able to bring our pup with us and of course were very happy to be able to do so. Thank you again for a great place to stay.

Very peaceful area, beautiful if you love being around mountains!! Minor problem but it was fixed quickly!! Highly recommend for adventurous people

We've stayed at Andy's place many times and there are many reasons for that - it is quiet, comfortable, charming and situated in the middle of a lovely community, with beautiful desert landscaping, full of birdsong, and a jackrabbit and roadrunner or two. Andy's place has everything that we need - a fantastic library, a kitchen that has everything we need, comfortable furniture and a sense of spaciousness. Borrego Springs is our go-to place to recharge, and Andy's condo is perfect. He is always responsive and is a thoughtful host. Highly recommended!

Stayed with family as a getaway from the city. Location is peaceful and away from the closest town but not too far from being a hassle to travel to. Room was as described and clean. Board games, free bike rentals, movies to borrow are just the small list of amenities this place has to offer. Adjacent to property is a playground for your little ones to play.
