a lovely home, very large space ,lots of room, very close to shops and team. only heads up everyone should know is, parking is 4 lanes away. the house is on 3 levels, ground has the living room ,1 bedroom and one full bathroom, the attic has a lovely room but no bathroom, basement has the kitchen ,a wc and a dining area with an outdoor seating. so better be aware of these arrangements, it worked out for us as we were a family of 4. everything else about the place is lovely. it was a lovely stay there.

House is very central at the heart of izmir close to all public transportation facilities. The room has a very comfortable double bed, big closet with mirror, a chair and a bed side lamp. There is locker on the door as well. Ezgi and her husband are very kind, helpful and open minded people! I definitely recommend this place.

Amazing, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped place in the historical center of Izmir, with very kind and helpful hosts. We had a wonderful time enjoying breakfasts on the terrace, surrounded by nature and birdsong, with all the main attractions, local restaurants, and cafés just a short walk away. The Turkish bath is a fantastic bonus on top of it all. Just a heads-up for taller guests: watch your head at the doorways!:)

Erhan and his partner were kind, offered homemade biscuits and coffee, and were happy to answer any questions. Erhan made sure we were able to check in smoothly. Overall it was a very comfortable stay! The place is clean and had all the necessities.

The apartment was located in the old neighborhood of Izmir. It was very quiet and spacious. The apartment has two floors plus a roof top access to view the sunset, cruise ship etc. It was walking distance to the taxi stand , close to the train station and broad walk where the locals go fishing, jogging, ride etc. Just a reminder you will walk some steep hills to get to and from the train station. We were received and greeted by his assistant Mr. Nihat. He was very humble, useful and delighted to welcome us to Izmir. I would highly recommend.

Since my own house is very small, I was looking for a place for my daughter's engagement ceremony around Izmir. I wanted to use this house in my organization because it smells like history. However, I was very hesitant that they would allow us to hold such a ceremony. I conveyed a message in which I expressed myself, and I think Mr. Mehmet and Ms. Ahu were as excited about this idea as I was. I wanted to see the house before my reservation, I had doubts about whether it would be suitable for the organization. They helped me with that, too, I would have visited the house before and relieved my worries. The house was just like the photos. Mr. Mehmet was helpful and friendly, he immediately offered solutions to any problems we had, and in the course of time, he added to our happiness with his historical home experiences. We are very grateful to the hosts in this regard. The location was great, everywhere was clean and perfect, if you are traveling to Izmir, I think you should leave a few experiences in this house...

Well, we stayed in two different houses of Ms. Nurcan and I can say very clearly that she was very kind and caring. He always responded to calls very quickly. This house we stayed in was very beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed, even toilet paper, and the house was very comfortable and sweet. Kucukpark is the best neighborhood you can stay in Izmir. When we had a problem with the iron, we said it was very late, and this morning, a brand new iron was left at our door before we woke up. Seriously, if you're going to stay in Izmir, this is a nice house to stay in and the host was the most friendly and caring. I thank them again.

The house was as seen in the photos. It's nice to be in a central location. The house was very tidy. But I would expect it to be cleaned in a more professional way, and at least some spices, oil and salt could be put in the kitchen for cooking. Other than that, I was very satisfied with everything. The site is extremely safe, the apartments are extremely quiet and decent. Thank you for your attention to the host.

Mr. Cihan's house is a very good place to stay, it is in a place where you can't find a house at a reasonable price

I think it's a nice place in terms of location, although parking for the car was a bit of a problem, they showed us a place where we could easily find a parking space, and as they said, we parked our car there during the accommodation. They were very tolerant, respectful and friendly people, our requests were fully fulfilled during our stay, towels, slippers, etc. I saw it as a place to stay with both family and friends.

The accommodation was nice, the rooms were neat and clean. Check-in was easy. Toilet paper was forgotten, we asked for it, but we couldn't meet in time (our check-in time was very late). The lack of air conditioning made me sweat a lot at night, it interrupted my sleep, it would be much better if it was. Other than that, the accommodation was nice, I will probably stay again when I come to Izmir. I recommend it to those who are considering staying.

Mr. Burak is very friendly. He is helpful and kind. The location of the house is close to the stops, there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. We encountered a house as in the photos. It was clean and tidy. It had all the supplies and spares. Just due to the building, the sound insulation is a little insufficient. Other than that, everything was beautiful.

We had a wonderful time staying at Berrin’s place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation.

Mr. Ramazan moved our check-in time to an earlier time due to our special situation. It was a house where we stayed very comfortably with the baby. Great neighborhood, quiet, there were markets nearby. All tools and cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom were of high quality and abundantly available. The site is quiet, the parking lot is spacious, we had no trouble finding a place. We got a quick response to all our questions. Only the dishwasher was broken during our stay, which is normal.

I recently stayed in Özerk's apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions and public transport. It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and fully equipped. Özerk was a great host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. Additional amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV and basic necessities made the stay even more pleasant. The value for money was excellent. I can highly recommend Özerk's apartment and will definitely stay here again on a next visit.
