There's a fridge. There's air conditioning. There's no problem with cooling or heating. There's kettle. You can make tea and coffee. There's a microwave.

Our trailer, which is within walking distance of Buca Tınaztepe Campus and stops, is very close to the highway entrance and public transportation. There are 24-hour cafes, Starbucks, Burger King and markets around. The heater is available and the kitchen is active; however, the bathroom/sink is closed due to a malfunction (needs can be met from the surrounding businesses). The trailer must be left as it was received, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged. Central and practical accommodation!

1+0 Studio Apartment is newly built. The 22nd floor has a view of the Bay. All items are zero. Bed, Air Conditioning, Fridge, etc. 3 people can stay or even 4 people if it is difficult. There is no possibility to cook in this apartment. Kitchen is restricted to use. Wifi is not connected yet. There is no heating, Cooling problem. You can use the gym. If you want to stay for a longer period and cook, you can check out our other apartments or message us.
