Price performance is outstanding for me, the only negative is that the apartment was too warm for me, other visitors will certainly judge this differently 😁

We had a great experience at this spacious and beautiful apartment. Constantine is a great host, he greeted us personally which we appreciated it. We stayed during a heat wave, and needed an extra fan. We asked Constantine, and in a matter of minutes he showed up in the apartment with a Dyson fan! We will be back for sure!

The apartment is very well equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Everything is as described and even coffee beans in the coffee machine were even provided upon arrival. Our almost one-year-old daughter also felt very comfortable. We also found the private parking space, the possibility of safely storing bicycles and the walking distance to the supermarket with a bakery to be particularly practical. By bike, we could easily reach several lakes as well as Leipzig city center and thus had a wonderful short vacation in and near Zwenkau.

Patricia is a great hostess. She greeted us personally, is very warm and showed us everything in the yard and in the apartment. There was even charcoal for the grill and extra towels for the canoe trip. Great service! We had a great time here, unfortunately far too short. We will be happy to come back!

Susan is a very communicative person, she gave us a lot of necessary information. Unfortunately we did not meet in person, the keys were given to us by Susan's mother, who is a very nice and warm person. The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped. There is a parking space and a basement for bicycles. We will gladly stay there again.

The accommodation was great for us: very centrally located. Quiet in the morning. Cheap. There were all the practical things you need. Of course, the quality of the equipment is not the highest level, but it is sufficient and cheap. We were only there for sleeping and breakfast.

The place was cozy and the communication was very relaxed and friendly. It is not far to the train station and there are also several shopping facilities nearby. I would definitely go back ☺️

Had a relaxed and peaceful stay for 5 days. Mario, my contact, kept me well informed. He also helped me out of a small self-inflicted emergency without hesitation. Thank you.

This apartment is really lovely. It is as it looks in the photos (perhaps even nicer). This is one of the nicest air b+b’s I’ve stayed in. My only suggestion is to double check pricing as I was required to pay an additional 60 euro cash for city taxes and because on 1 night in the apartment there were 3 guests.

Gorgeous apartment. Very tastefully furnished. Loved it. Large entrance area where we could safely and dryly store our bicycles. In addition to the beautiful outdoor seating terrace, there is also a covered seating area. Very cozy. Bed was very comfortable and with a good mattress. We will be happy to come back 🤩

We spent three days in the beautiful apartment and in beautiful Chemnitz. The location of the apartment is very and yet central. The decor is very tasteful and the apartment is very clean. We can really recommend it.

The positive surprises began right with our arrival, so that we could move into a larger and more beautiful apartment in the house at no extra charge or the like, simply because it was just free. Pierre is extremely accommodating and always in a good mood. Before we could even ask, he offered to recommend activities or restaurants in the area. The apartment was super clean and very nicely decorated, everything you need was available in abundance and Pierre responded immediately to inquiries or requests. Check-in and check-out are easy and flexible. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to return to Pierre's at any time! Simply recommended!

Beautifully furnished apartment. We felt very comfortable at Fam Zickmantel. Great importance was attached to making the youngest feel comfortable. Both the play corner and the tree house in the garden do not make the stay boring.

It was really nice all around! The only thing that was not so clear to us in advance was the fact that there are two tiny houses and you may also have to reckon with another couple and thus have to agree on when to use the sauna and hot tub. Otherwise it was really wonderfully relaxing for the 2 days ☺️❤️

We met Nadja as an extremely nice and uncomplicated hostess. A late check-in at night was also possible without problems. After a short introduction, we also felt right at home. We liked the bright and beautifully furnished attic apartment right away, we will be happy to come back! :)

We had a wonderful weekend in Leipzig at Nils-Julius. The apartment was absolutely great – very clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need. There was really nothing to fault. The contact with Nils-Julius was super friendly and straightforward, from check-in to departure everything worked smoothly. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime.
