Great place and Mariló is an amazing host!

lovely apartment in a very quiet area 8 km from Seville. Clean and tidy. Covered parking space inside the building. Everything was okay except for some communication problems about the check-in time between midnight and one that I normally write as 1:00 a.m. but the host understood as 1:00 p.m. Unfortunately, the key box (I chose self check-in precisely because of the time) was empty on arrival. We opened another box (with the same code!!) but the keys obviously were not from our apartment. The host responded immediately and arrived in a few minutes to give us the correct keys but let's say it wasn't pleasant at all. José is still available, he just needs a little precision and organization in management. Forgetting these initial problems, the vacation then went super well and even the welcome rosé wine was very much appreciated.

Incredible experience. Affordable apartment very well located near Seville. Tourist apartment building with cafeteria and room cleaning. Mateo cares at all times that our stay was comfortable. We will definitely stay here sometime.

The stay was great. The apartment is comfortable and clean. It's better than what you see in the photos. Ricardo's instructions were super good and we were easy to access.
