Ottima casa con ottima vista!

Dům je v horské vesnici Precasaglio velmi blízko k Ponte di Legno, je prostorný a vejdou se tam dvě rodiny. Dům má tři ložnice (jedna je v suterénu) a obývací pokoj s kuchyní a krbem, dříví je k dispozici. Na sjezdovky do Ponte Di Legno se dá jet autem, tak cca. 10 min, nebo skibusem, který jezdí ve špičce cca. každých cca. 30 minut a staví 50 m od domu. Úzká příjezdová cesta mezi historickými domy je trochu adrenalin, ale celkově se dá bez problémů a při sněhu je rychle odklizená. Kousek od domu je parkoviště, případně je k dispozici 1 garáž. Ve vesnici je velmi dobrá a cenově přijatelná restaurace, večer ale nemá otevřeno každý den. Paní Paola a pan Brian byli velmi ochotní a na všechny dotazy rychle opověděli.

La maison est impeccable, au calme et bien située pour visiter la région. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine ! La communication avec Federico est très facile et les instructions claires.

Wir (Familie 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 11+13 j.alt) hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und genau so wie in der Beschreibung. Die Lage war perfekt, alles war gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin Patrizia war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir habe uns rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Le airbnb de Silvana est une vraie merveille dans les hauteurs de Sondrio. Cagnoletti est un village à l'architecture autenthique des alpages italiens. La maison en pierre est bien faite, avec tout ce qu'on a besoin pour se sentir à la maison et entourée d'une nature merveilleuse. Si vous vous reveillez assez tôt, vous pourrez observer par la fenêtre des cerfs ou des biches juste à côté de la maison. De plus, les personnes du village sont accueillantes et sympas. C'est un vrai bout de paradis ♡

abbiamo soggiornato per tre giorni con i nostri due bambini, Oreste e la zia Adele sono stati molto gentili dandoci molte informazioni sulla zona, spero di ritornarci presto per visitare la zona circostante.

Liebe Priscilla, wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit mit 3 Familien (6 Erwachsene, 3 Kinde, 2 Kleinkinder, 1 Baby, ein noch Ungeborenes bei dir. :) Das Haus hatte für uns die perfekte Aufteilung. Die Lage ist fantastisch und wir möchten unbedingt wieder kommen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso un weekend nella casa di Guido e Valentina. la casa è ancora più bella dal vivo che in foto , super pulita e tutto nuovo. La posizione è un po' in collinare quindi è consigliabile avere le catene in caso di neve ma sennò basta parcheggiare giù la macchina e fare due passi a piedi (3 Min a piedi ). La gentilezza e la disponibilità degli host hanno reso la nostra vacanza ancora più dolce ... anche grazie alla buonissima torta che ci hanno omaggiato . Grazie di tutto il ci rivediamo presto

È stato un bellissimo week end , stupendo appartamento con tutti i comfort , pulito accogliente con anche degli omaggi di benvenuto quali Prosecco e altri aperitivi , erano presenti anche sapone per piatti e per lavatrice , completo in ogni cosa . Letto super comodo , cucina super attrezzata . Il proprietario è sempre stato disponibile a ogni nostra domanda e richiesta ci è venuto incontro su check in e check up , sicuramente torneremo a soggiornare. Lo stra consiglio a tutti

Oh, where can I start, this place is in the absolute perfect location in Livigno. You can walk to ski school, all the ski slopes, all the restaurants, all the shopping within a few minutes. The place is brand new, completely remodeled, squeaky clean, and very private. It’s located on the top floor of the building with multiple balconies with beautiful views. Sabrina leaves the kitchen stocked with all sorts of amenities and nice gifts. Sabrina herself is very sweet, super responsive, and easy to work with. This place is 10 stars!!⭐️

Abbiamo passato un weekend nel residence per scappare dal caldo di Milano, e direi che è stato tutto perfetto! Casa ordinata e accogliente, l'ambiente è davvero piacevole. Anche gli ambienti esterni sono pazzeschi, danno una vista spettacolare sulle montagne. Posto auto in box comodo e pratico. Unica pecca è la strada per arrivare al residence, ma direi che per godere di una vista del genere è d'obbligo. Super consigliato!

Wir waren über Ostern bei Martina in der Unterkunft. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, ruhige und saubere Lage, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön, man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ankunft war problemlos und recht einfach. Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage dort.

La casa è una meraviglia, curatissima in ogni minimo dettaglio completamente accessoriate e arredata con tantissimo gusto. Luminosa, calda, accogliente e con un terrazzino che nei giorni di sole fa passare la voglia di uscire. Abbiamo passato 5 giorni in periodo di carnevale e siamo stati davvero bene. Un gioiello!

Ons verblijf wat uitstekend en alles wat we verwacht hadden ! Franziska reageert snel en is zeer behulpzaam. De locatie is perfect, dichtbij Sankt Moritz en op enkele minuten stappen van de bushalte. Het appartement is ruim en proper en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het uitzicht van op het terras in de zon is heerlijk. De parking is handig. Een absolute aanrader voor een verblijf in de zomer of winter. Wij komen zeker terug !
