Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe des Stadtzentrum und des Aasees. Die Fachhochschule ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen und mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten ( B67 in näherer Umgebung). Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bäcker und Metzger, sowie Lebensmittelmarkt sind ca. 1000 m entfernt. Unser Haus und das Apartment liegen in einer Sackgasse, öffentliche Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir haben das Apartment praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

Wir vermieten eine separate, ca. 60 m² große Loft - Wohnung / Haus mit eigenem Eingang im Anbau unseres über 100 Jahre alten Hauses an Gäste, die "Anders" übernachten möchten! Die Wohnung ist autark + getrennt vom Haupthaus. Eine eigene Terrasse bzw. ein eigener Gartenanteil gehören zur Wohnung. Rund ums Haus sind Wälder und Felder, hier kann man spazierengehen oder radfahren auf der Römer Lippe Route. Das Ruhrgebiet (Duisburg, Essen) ist nah. Supermarkt, Pizzeria + Apotheke sind vor Ort.

Haus Barbara - autarkes Bauernhaus in Borken

Ein altes Bauernhaus aus den frühen 20.Jh - durch Solaranlage (Warmes Wasser) /Photovoltaik (Strom) und eigenes Grundwasser funktioniert das Haus autark und nachhaltig. Meine Frau und ich haben uns vor wenigen Jahren dazu entschlossen unser Haus neu auszubauen und ein Teil der Fläche für Feriengäste zur Verfügung zu stellen. Wir freuen uns darauf mit den neuen Gästen zu interagieren, ihnen eine tolle Zeit anbieten zu können und einfach einen schönen Aufenthalt in unserem gemütlichen Haus.

Die moderne, helle Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Ahaus. Die Wohnung bietet genügend Platz für drei Erwachsene oder zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. In der Parallelstraße der Fußgängerzone und gegenüber der Augenklinik gelegen wohnt man hier zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Geschäfte, Bäckereien und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Schlossgarten mit schönem Barockschloss liegt nur zwei Fußminuten entfernt. Von Enschede in den Niederlanden ist die Wohnung ca. 15 km entfernt.

Unsere wunderschöne, lichtdurchflutete Dachgeschosswohnung mit Blick ins Grüne lädt zu einem kurzen Stopp oder einen längeren Aufenthalt im wunderschönen Städtchen Bocholt ein! Mit ihren 70qm hat sie viel Platz für 2 Personen, die gern entspannen und von hier aus in 15 Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt spazieren möchten. Räder stellen wir gern zur Verfügung - denn nichts geht hier ohne die beliebte "Fietse"! Der Bäcker mit kleinem Tante-Emma-Lädchen ist 1 Fußminute entfernt.

De vakantiewoning ligt op een kleinschalig rustig vakantiepark, dit park ligt in een bosrijke omgeving met veel wandel- en fietsroutes. De woning heeft een grote tuin met volledige privacy, met een vuurplaats en een pizzaoven. Onze woning grenst direct aan het bos. Kortom een perfecte plek om te genieten!
