We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private home on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but unsuitable for early to bed and late to rise and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The main train station and the city are about 10 minutes away (about 20 minutes on foot) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby vicinity. Nearby are shops serving daily needs (Penny, Netto). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Vacation home in Gelsenkirchen on a farm

The vacation home was completed in 2018. It is located on a farm in the northernmost part of Gelsenkirchen. All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

Modern and lovingly furnished apartment on two floors in a building renovated in 2023. On the 2nd floor there is the open living/dining/cooking area as well as an outdoor balcony with south orientation and the bathroom. The two bedrooms are under the roof. Two other sleeping places possible on the sofa bed. The apartment is very centrally located about 300m from the city park and 400m from the city center. Within a radius of 50 m there is a bakery with a café, a supermarket and a snack bar.

We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

In the middle of the tranquil Münsterland lies this cozy and newly modernized granny apartment in Rhede-Nord. Despite the fact that many new residential areas have recently been built here, the house is still surrounded by nature. Extensive walks through fields and forests are thus easily possible. By car, you can reach the center of Bocholt within 10 minutes. The highway can also be reached quickly via the B67, so you are in the middle of the Ruhr area within 45 minutes.

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

In the best, upscale residential area, in the immediate vicinity of the Jugendburg Gemen, with many idyllic shopping opportunities and a huge range of leisure activities. Perfect in the center of Münsterland. Insider tip for those who have a high standard and also treat themselves to something good from time to time. Super fast internet from Telekom is also included.

Our self-contained attic apartment offers plenty of space on 53 square meters, is flooded with light and quiet. It is located a few hundred meters from the Gemen Youth Castle and is an ideal starting point for cycling tours through the Münsterland park landscape. Two bakeries with breakfast and an organic shop are within a three-minute walk. You can safely park and charge your e-bikes in our garage. Two restaurants are also within walking distance.

The modern and stylishly furnished first floor apartment with private garden and perfectly equipped luxury kitchen is the ideal place for a short trip to the beautiful Westmünsterland. The light-flooded living and dining area with large dining table & a cozy couch offers space for the whole family. The bedroom scores with a comfortable king-size bed and a spacious wardrobe. The large garden with garden hut invites you to barbecue and sunbathe.

Our apartment is a small, attached cottage with terrace and garden. It is located in a quiet residential area in the center of Raesfeld-Erle, a 360-soul village on the edge of the Ruhr area. Here you combine Münsterland flair with everything that the big metropolises offer. In Erle stands the oldest oak in Germany. A chestnut avenue, the rustic schnapps distillery and the old windmill also invite you to cycle and walk on numerous hiking routes.

Haus Barbara - self-sufficient farmhouse in Borken

An old farmhouse from the early 20th century - thanks to a solar system (hot water) /photovoltaics (electricity) and its own groundwater, the house functions self-sufficiently and sustainably. A few years ago, my wife and I decided to renovate our house and make part of the space available for vacation guests. We look forward to interacting with the new guests, offering them a great time and simply a pleasant stay in our cozy home.

Guesthouse de Grenspeddelaar

Right across the border from Woold-Barlo is the Grenspeddelaar. In front of it is a shop and gas station, which is where it all started. Meanwhile, the gas station is unmanned and the former shop has been converted into a charming and comfortable guest house. The Grenspeddelaar is located in a special place: there is sometimes commotion, but there are also grazing cows across the road. Every guest, holidaymaker or passerby is welcome!
