We were in Andrea's great house in mid-October. The season was over, so it was very quiet and relaxed in the area. Restaurants and other hotels were already closed. The place and the beach completely deserted. The beach in the village is unfortunately very unkempt and totally full of garbage. The place matches the pictures and fully met our expectations. The ocean views are beautiful and even possible from the bed and bathroom. The outdoor shower is also fantastic. We spent a relaxing week in the house and are happy to recommend it.

Beautiful, comfortable, comfortable, cozy, with 2 nice balconies and with everything you need, even many types of pots, salads, coffee makers, coffee maker, washing machine, clothes racks, heating, air conditioners, etc. and not always many accommodations are equipped with them, in short, it is like staying at home, nothing is missing. Quiet area, but 2 km away is everything and 7 km away is San Felice Circeo. What about Valeria? Impeccable experience. I spent three days with my friends at Mr. Andrea's property. What if not everything is perfect. We arrived in the morning and Andrea immediately let us into the house despite the late afternoon check-in. We immediately found the property which was perfectly clean and tidy. The house is comfortable and not too big, the air conditioner is located in the center of the living room, allowing you to freshen up the property in minutes. There are two bathrooms, perfect if you are more than two. We had a small issue with the sink that Andrea promptly resolved promptly and warmly. The garden is exquisite with a wooden table perfect for alfresco dining. The house is a 5-6 minute drive from the coast and 15 minutes from the Circeo port. I would definitely return to Mr. Andrea's structure, which I thank for the vacation you gave us.

Hello everyone, Francesco and his mother are really excellent hosts. They are always on hand and even took my mail. The apartment is right by the sea and you can even hear the sea when you are sleeping. In the morning and evening it is very quiet in the apartment, in between it can get noisy when the cars drive by. The kitchen has everything you need and there is enough space on the huge balcony to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea. If you are looking for an apartment where you can even get there by bus and train, have plenty of beach and sea, where there is everything you need, then I can highly recommend Francesco's apartment.
