Indoor parking for two cars, shower and outdoor laundry. Services such as restaurant, supermarket, butcher shop, fruit shop, etc... are all reachable on foot, about 200 meters. Through the beach you can easily reach the campsite that is only 100 meters away, where you will find animation and music for the whole family. The wide beach will guarantee you privacy and tranquility in the beautiful crystal clear waters of Circeo. Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
