There are several MTB routes, a golf course and various hiking and biking routes. The house has 2 spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, kitchen, utility room and spacious garden.

Many cycling and walking routes run through Valthe which give access to a widespread network through Drenthe and surrounding provinces. 1 child up to 4 years old can stay in the parents' room. On request a crib/cot can be placed.

It is a private cottage but it is on a shared yard 20 meters from another house. Dogs may be present here.
