Overlooks the Oranjekanaal; unobstructed views in front of and behind the property.

In this former farmhouse, there are 2 guest rooms on the 1st floor, plus a private kitchen and bathroom. One room is a bit bigger than the other, and there is a TV. When booking both rooms together, there is room for up to 5 guests. The area is beautiful. Forest and heath are nearby, plus all desirable amenities such as restaurants and supermarket. Management is in the hands of Roland van Balen and Martha Marjenburgh, a visual artist. There is therefore a lot of art, both from their own hand and from other creators.

We have a fully equipped nursery with, among other things, a high chair, baby bath, box, bouncer, toys and all the furniture in the nursery, and a stroller on request. Second bedroom with bed that can be pulled out to a double bed (on request), sink. TV in the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. Ground floor bathroom with large rain shower. Beautiful, bright spaces. Owners live next door.

Onze studio heeft een rustige ligging, waar je heerlijk kunt onthaasten en genieten van al de natuur om je heen. We hebben er voor gezorgd, dat alles aanwezig is voor een aangenaam verblijf! In the middle of the Drenthe Dog Ridge on the edge of 2500 hectares of forest, our summer cottage is within walking distance of the azure swimming lake “t Nije Hemelriek”. The chalet is located on the side of the small-scale holiday park "the Spring of Drenthe", where there is plenty to do for children. But because we are so remote, you can completely unwind.
