Monthly Rentals in Boreham

I was visiting Chelmsford to see my family but mainly because my Grand- Daughter was appearing in the ice show at the local sports arena. Space with my family was limited because of interest in the ice show so I decided to stay locally at an Airbnb. Nita’s was the place I chose. The flat was superb – a carefully designed self-contained space that was roomy, airy, quiet and immaculate. The use of roof lights brought masses of daylight into the Living/Dining room which had a very comfortable settee. There was everything in the kitchen that I needed. The shower-room was excellent and the bed was extremely comfortable. Communication was excellent with Nita and I wanted for nothing. The flat is ideal for exploring South Essex with Southend-on-Sea and Frinton-on-Sea not many miles away. There is a local shopping area with a Co-op for groceries and some nice eating places and there is a large park very close by. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it without hesitation.

LOVED it here! This was an absolute gem - the the neighbourhood is beautiful, and the airbnb itself is spectacular. It's exactly as described, and everything was in excellent condition - felt so comfortable here (and speaking of comfort, the bed is brilliantly comfy). The hosts are lovely, responsive, and helpful - I ran into Nigel once and he was very nice and welcoming without being overbearing. One tip for visitors - Claire and Nigel give really good arrival and check-in instructions, but it's easy to miss the entrance to the private road (it's brick-paved and looks like it would be pedestrian-only, but you can drive up it - we even got a small van comfortably parked outside the apartment!)

Very smart little house, very clean and tidy with all mod cons, thoughtful touches like the tea, coffee, pint of milk and the biscuits were very welcome. The heating worked a treat and kept us cosy, comfy bed and smart bathroom. We highly recommend the house, the only issue for us was the noise from the traffic on the A12, otherwise a great stay. Thank you.

Really lovely cabin at the bottom of Gemmas garden, spacious but felt cosy and equally ideal for summer. We had a bbq and sat by the chimnea in the evening watching & listening to the owls, so quiet, not near any main rds etc. Also saw some muntjac deer & hares amongst the other wildlife nearby. Definitely recommend tea on the green in danbury for a breakfast, and Olios for a lovely dinner and drinks, both 10 mins away. We also booked a boat trip at papermill lock which was really nice.
