Free parking is available right in front of the door. The apartment is located in a historic Magdeburg neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from Neustadt train station and 10 minutes from the university. The Elbe bike path and historic harbor are also around the corner.

And, if something doesn't work as expected, I'll be there within 15 minutes, because I live just around the corner.

This beautiful and cozy apartment is close to the quiet center and has 2 locked free parking in the yard. Up to 4 sleeping options are available. The sofa could be used as an emergency bed for the 4th person. The WE is located on the 1st floor and has a green courtyard view. The beautiful large balcony invites you to end the day with a cool drink on warm summer evenings. Pillows and cuddly blankets are also available.

Take the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and entertainment. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (in the attic), an elevator is not provided. Books, cards and board games are available. Guests are welcome to use the garden and grill. We can also provide bicycles for rent to explore the Aller-Elbe cycle path. Two quarries invite you to fish and swim in the directly adjacent landscape park.

Here, modern industrial loft meets Southeast Asia. This beautiful feel-good oasis invites you to linger. In the middle of the barracks complex built shortly after 1900, you will find a 50 sqm loft in a tropical style. Enjoy the day or evening comfortably on the couch, in bed, or end it with a glass of wine in your private 70 sqm garden and on the terrace.
