Welcome to stay in our guest house in the middle of Paradise - Sparsör! The house has its own entrance from the parking lot. You have one bedroom and a spacious kitchen combined with a living room. In the kitchen, there is a stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and kitchen equipment. In the bathroom, there is a washer/dryer. Accommodation is best suited for max 2 adults and 2 children. Double bed can be shared, and an extra single bed is available. The house is in a scenic area, with about 1 km down to the lake. Private patio and barbecue available.

Cozy cottage overlooking Öresjö in a quiet residential area close to nature. Sleeping loft with two beds and sofa bed for two persons. Fireplace for cozy fires is available, and firewood is included. The kitchen has an induction stove, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Fully tiled bathroom with toilet and shower and washing machine. The cottage is about 30 sqm and is about 1 km away from the public swimming area, a couple of minutes walk from the lake and with a 20-minute walk to the nature reserve Kröklings hage and Mölarps mill.

In walking distance there is a lake with swimming area and possibility to rent a boat for, for example, fishing. Rental of boat and fishing license is purchased in the restaurant at the rest area by the lake. 5-10 min from Borås city center 5-10 min from Borås golf course 10-15 min from Borås Zoo 50 min from Liseberg 1 hour 10 minutes from Ullared. In Sweden you can hike freely in the forest and nature but do not go into private plots.
