Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Stay quiet and centrally close to forest and swimming lake. With private patio and free parking. Bus stop a few hundred meters away from there buses go to all parts of the city. A double bed and a sofa bed, possibly sheets and towels can be offered at a cost of SEK 50/person on request . A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher machine and its own washing machine. Bathroom with shower. The apartment is located in the entrance/basement of a villa with lower ceiling height as a basement. The apartment is left cleaned.

My place is right on the beach, in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the proximity to nature and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!
