The cosy living room is fitted with an efficient log burning stove, and you will find a basket of wood on your arrival. The kitchen is located at the back of the building with access to a small, enclosed garden perfect for a slow breakfast in the sun or an evening drink on the lawn. Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese, an excellent Morrisons Daily shop and a Zero Waste shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

Beautiful views from a great vantage point on Bennachie this rustic cottage is ideally located for hillwalking, sightseeing or simply getting away from it all. Only 10 minutes drive from Inverurie and a short walk over the hill from the pitodrie house hotel which offers luxury dining and a cozy bar. There is also a riding school nearby and of course all the walking trails are on your doorstep. We are pet friendly but the garden is not enclosed.

This was a perfect place for us, lovely flat, nice touches with bits supplied for breakfast and snacks, we had a great stay here! The flat was very clean, tidy and ideal location in the town center for all amenities. Chris was such a welcoming and hospitable host. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and was flexible with check-in. Our two weeks stay was very pleasant, we would definitely return when visiting Inverurie again. This was my third time staying at Maggie's apartment. I especially like how roomy it is, plus having the back garden where it's nice to sit and enjoy a coffee in the morning, or wine and cheese in the late afternoon. Very quiet at night too and the people in the village are very friendly. It's also nice to walk by the old church down to the River Don to stroll the trails through the conservation area. I hope to return for a fourth time. Thank you, Maggie!

The cottage was finished to a very high standard throughout. Had all the amenities you could need including washing machine pods etc. stocked with logs for the wood burner stove which was lovely. A nice welcome package of local food from around Aberdeenshire. The cottage was spotless!

My second stay at Anne’s place and my husband’s third. Great base to visit family and very convenient for shops, cafes and pubs/restaurants in the village. Family staying with us appreciated the ground floor access and low profile shower tray.
