Vacation rentals with a patio in Bolton

Looked exactly like the pictures. Perfectly placed for work stop overs or being near the city for an event. Comfortable bed, super clean and tidy and really beautifully decorated. Easy instructions to collect the key, parking just a short walk away - so if you have a lot of bags just bare that in mind the parking isn’t directly on site - but it was easy enough and i had no issues at all, easy to walk from where the car is parked to the appartment.

Sian's place was a perfect place for us to stay. Great location, clean and nicely decorated. Sian is a great communicator and everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend.

We had a great week in this flat and would definitely return , Pubs & restaurants on your doorstep and a great balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by. Also Nick our host is a nice guy .

Easily accessible property when following the detailed instructions provided. Clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. Good value for money.

We stayed here with a nearly 1 year old and it was great! We were able to borrow most things we needed although Laura kindly offered to help us if we couldn’t source anything baby related. Really well kitted out and all completely as described. Amazing location in a lovely quiet area yet close to the buzz of West Didsbury. Laura and Jonny were so accommodating. A lovely stay.

It is my pleasure to stay in Helen’s house. She is a responsive host and she is so friendly and nice. We are welcome by her friendly hand written note. We are happy to have the house is so spacious and clean. Highly recommend if you are visiting Warrington!

We had a lovely 1 night stay at the Ebor Suite and wished it was for longer. Beautiful decor and everything you need for a short stay. Great detailed instruction for check in. Close to a co-op if you need a few supplies and plenty of restaurants and takeaways. We would certainly return and would recommend to others.

My family had a great second stay at Andrew’s place. As with their first stay everything was perfect. Would not hesitate to recommend Oak House to anyone

Had a lovely stay, very comfortable beds, great nights sleep, everything you need and some nice extra touches, lovely to have a coffee available before a long drive home. Free parking is a massive plus too. Great host would definitely stay again if I'm in the area and would definitely recommend!

We had the most wonderful experience staying at this beautiful family home in Cheadle Hulme. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The house was immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything a family could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would love to come back and the kids can’t stop talking about it!

We had a wonderful few days at Winkley Hall Farm. Fantastic property in a wonderful, peaceful location with everything you need for a relaxing, long weekend break. Our communication with our hosts was great from the moment we booked, to arrival and throughout our stay. And the lovely welcome gift was an added surprise and greatly appreciated! We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this property, and will look to return at some point in the future.

Will definitely book again, cottage was ideal, had afternoon tea at Summerseat Garden Centre which was a short walk away, which I cannot recommend highly enough. The area around the cottage was gorgeous and ideal for a stroll with the dog. A couple of suggestions, maybe….an air fryer would be good and cheaper on the electricity! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Amazing kitchen we both loved cooking in our tapas meal in it. It was great to have a selection of herbs and spices already in the kitchen. Everything clean and tidy . My partner and I can’t even begin to put into words how blown away we were with our stay. We stayed over for our wedding weekend, and Tracey immediately started it off strong with balloons, card, and a bottle of bubbly. The property is absolutely breathtaking. It is well decorated - a nice mix of rustic and modern decor - with a gorgeous view of the countryside. All rooms were spacious and comfortable, and made us feel right at home. Tracey was extremely easy to communicate with and ensured that our stay was perfect. We will 100% be staying again in the future, and we urge anyone that wants to book here to do it!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay in the Annexe - the flat is beautiful, peaceful and has everything you could need for a short stay. Paul and Rosie were very communicative and helpful in the run up to our trip and went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend and we hope to stay here again next time we’re in Poynton!

This was an overnight stop-off while driving from Cornwall to Scotland. Place was quiet, clean, close to everything we needed and David was quick to respond with answers to questions I had. Was able to check in late (around 8:30pm after hitting bad traffic). Perfect for what we needed.

The Vault was a perfect base for our 2 week stay visiting family and friends. On arrival there was music playing and the space was warm and cozy, delightful after a long journey. It really set the tone for our stay. The space is stylish, comfortable, peaceful and perfect for resting after a long day of activities. Rob is an excellent host, approachable and responsive. He also provided some unexpected touches that made us feel very welcome. The location is ideal and provided us with the option of leaving the car and using the tram or buses a few steps away. The neighbourhood is delightful to walk around with excellent shopping and dining choices. When the sun shone we took advantage of the garden courtyard to enjoy a home cooked meal amongst the ferns and art. We really enjoyed our stay at the Vault.

A wonderful stay in beautiful accommodation. The apartment is in a great central location to Lytham shops, restaurants and beach. The apartment is well equipped, modern and very clean. The host is very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to staying again.

Lovely apartment next to the canal in peaceful block of flats. Close to the city centre. Comfy bed and clean apartment. Very responsive host. We wanted an extra day but she was already booked but let me know there was a cancellation so we were able to book the extra night. Would definitely stay again.
