Appartamento pulito e carino. Tatiana è stata molto disponibile e ci è venuta incontro sugli orari del check-in.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso! Anna è stata estremamente gentile e precisa fin dal primo contatto, fornendoci tutte le istruzioni in modo chiaro e puntuale. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti da Cinzia, una persona squisita che ci ha fatto fare il giro della casa e ci ha subito fatti sentire a nostro agio. La casa è perfetta per chi cerca un po’ di pace lontano dal caos della città: silenziosa, immersa nel verde e con un’atmosfera rilassante. Un grande punto a favore è la totale accoglienza verso gli animali: i nostri cuccioli si sono goduti il giardino completamente recintato in totale sicurezza e libertà, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole per tutta la famiglia. Torneremmo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un posto tranquillo, ben tenuto e gestito con grande cura. Grazie ancora ad Anna e Cinzia!

Soggiorno piacevole e pacifico. Casa particolare e suggestiva, letto comodo e terrazzo ampio e grazioso. Ci hanno fatto fatto compagnia tanti mici del paese che hanno reso la nostra permanenza ancora più gradevole. Caleb è stato molto disponibile, soprattutto per il check in anticipato.

We had a lovely stay in Bolsena. The house is in a great location with excellent views from the multiple balconies and roof terrace. It was very clean and check-in/check-out experience was very simple. Communication with Oystein was very good and plenty of useful information provided. Would highly recommend staying here!

We loved our time at Luca's place. We visited Tuscany with our college aged kids. Luca's house was comfortable and welcoming. We went out for a few meals, but also enjoyed preparing foods in the wonderful kitchen. We ate dinners together and played board games on the spacious kitchen table. It was homey. We called it "cucina magica" because all of the foods we cooked came out so perfectly. This is a wonderful home in a lovely setting with hiking trails from the backyard. We spent several mornings at the nearby hot springs. What a treat! Luca was communicative and helpful with all of our questions.

We loved staying in Montalcino at Lisa's place. Lisa was a fantastic host and responded quickly. She gave us her picks for restaurants, wine tastings, etc, which were excellent choices. The Airbnb was ideally situated right off the main square. It has a yard, which we enjoyed, and a very functional kitchen with everything we needed. The king-size bed was very comfortable and had high-quality linens. This is a hilltop city, so keep this in mind for anyone unable to walk up steeper inclines throughout the city. We enjoyed the exercise and the stunning views. We stayed for a week and I could have easily stayed longer as we got to know the restaurants, stores and the area. Montalcino is a charming place to spend your time. It was a good location from which to take day trips. There is so much to do in the general area. We highly recommend you stay here; it was the highlight of our trip, and we felt like we were in good hands. Thank you, Lisa!

De locatie is fantastisch! Het huisje is niet zo groot maar prima voor twee personen. De tuin is mega groot en heerlijk privé.

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. Eines der schönstens AirBnBs, welches wir je besucht haben! Alessandro ist sehr freundlich und hat uns tolle tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Man hat einen tollen Garten mit fantastischer Aussicht! Für Menschen, die einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub machen wollen, die perfekte Unterkunft. Kann das AirBnB von ganzem Herzen empfehlen.

Casa ben oltre le aspettative, zona molto tranquilla, circondata da persone molto gentili. La casa in sé è molto meglio che nelle foto,molto Luminosa, la cucina offre tutti i comfort di cui si può avere bisogno, l area sala da pranzo comomoda e ampia, le camere da letto spaziosi, i bagni confortevoli e ben organizzati. Tutta la casa si presenta ben pulita e con l aggiunta di accessori come sapone, lavatrice, materiale per pulire, che rendono l'accoglienza come a casa. Raffaella è splendida, gentilissima, pronta ad aiutare e consigliare, subito reattiva nelle risposte e a venire incontro alle esigenze di tutti. Non dimentichiamo il bellisismo terrazzo e l ampio giardino fornito di una ampia piscina che ho avuto il piacere di poter provare. Fastello è una piccola frazione vicina a moltissime aree di cultura e a montegrotto che offre tutto. Inoltre la fermata del bus è a pochi passi. Alloggiare qui è stato un vero piacere.

We had an amazing time at Alberto & Laura's. The place was quiet, spacious, exactly like in the pictures. On arrival we were welcomed by our hosts and got some great recommendations on what to do in the area. They even shared some homemade food with us, which was so good and thoughtful. Also, the swimming pool and outside space we could use was amazing and private. Would definitely go back again, 10/10!

VERY rural location,which we loved,but if you are not used to country living and driving on country roads,the location could be intimidating.We were there in April,too early to be able to use the pool,but we did use the charcoal grill and ate outside several times. The surroundings are spectacular and you can hike up to the charming town of Civitella D'Agliano. There are grocery stores available as well as several pizzerias.We used it as a base for day trips to Umbria and Tuscany. We had a lovely 12 days here!

Cases Nucci was a magnificent place. The views are amazing. The history behind the property was so cool. Ricardo was so nice and helpful from checking in, recommendations, and showing us around. I would love to come back here again. What a hidden gem!

Very nice stay for a few days relaxing in summer. Beautiful olive gardens around the house, nice collection of wine. Everything clear, super big house, will come back next year!

l' appartamento è molto piacevole : silenzioso e molto fresco nonostante le alte temperature del periodo. Non abbiamo neanche accesso l' aria condizionata. La piscina è condivisa soltanto con gli ospiti dell'altro appartamento presente nell'agriturismo. Anna è stata sempre gentilissima e ci ha " coccolati" regalandoci molti prodotti del luogo e dolci fatto in casa.

la casa è molto carina e accogliente e la signora Maria Cristina molto gentile e disponibile. l'appartamento si trova in un ottima posizione in quanto sia vicina al centro che al lungo lago. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa quindi esperienza molto positiva e da ripetere. Consigliato.

房屋整洁干净，厨房用品齐全，我们从周边超市买了食材享受了一顿可口的晚餐。房间主卧室阳台正对湖边，视野非常好，阳台下面是餐厅酒吧，可以在楼下的湖边散步。Luca人特别好，对于我们提出的问题反馈非常及时，入住顺利，因为停车场突然收费的原因，Luca还主动为我们提供了早餐，如果有机会还会再次入住。祝愿Luca生意兴隆，财源广进！

Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sehr sauber. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sie ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wir wurden mit einem sehr netten Wellcome-paket begrüßt. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Vielen Dank

Kerstin è un host fantastica, super disponibile, ospitale e gentilissima. Il suo alloggio davvero formidabile, centralissimo, comodo da raggiungere, parcheggi gratuiti a due passi. La luce che inonda l’appartamento e la tranquillità della zona sono magnifiche. Ci viene voglia di ripartire subito e trascorrere un altro weekend a Tuscania. Torneremo presto 💜

From being attentive before we got there to answering my text, I thought everything was just wonderful. The home seems to me to be a very local Italian home with history. I would have love to know more about the home and the history. Love the furniture they used because it makes the home come together. If only walls could Speak….🗣️ I would have love to listen.

What a lovely property and host! Andrea was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the home and answered any questions we had before leaving us to enjoy the wonderful property. He even sent us restaurant recommendations which turned out to be amazing. The property itself is picturesque and almost felt unreal. My family was in awe and couldn’t stop mentioning how it was the nicest part of our trip (which we stayed in multiple places throughout). It was impeccably clean without a single speck of dust present. The furnishings were all perfectly picked and each added charm to the home. The rooms were cozy and all had wonderful views. We almost didn’t even notice the weather was gloomy the few days we were there because of how much we enjoyed the home itself. I can only imagine when it’s sunny and warm! Thank you for everything Andrea. We definitely plan to come back!

Fantastic apartment on three levels. The location is very charming and full of character. The attention to details is impeccable and the property is full of thoughtful touches. It’s very comfortable and has some high luxury features like a jacuzzi and massage chair. One important aspect to notice is that the entrance to the parking area goes through a narrow entrance (just wide enough for a small SUV in our experience. Fantastic stay and highly recommended.
