siamo arrivati facilmente seguendo le precise indicazioni di Giacomo e abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui andavamo in cerca, natura silenzio e relax! non in secondo piano la struttura che offriva tutti gli spazi abitativi descritti dall'host. Consiglio vivamente a chi "vuole staccare la spina". Ottime anche le trattorie nel territorio.

Elena è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La villa è molto bella, nella natura r tranquilla. Le stanze sono molto spazio e molto comodi in due bagni per un gruppo di amici. Anche per la colazione ci ha lasciato diverse proposte, siamo stati molto bene.

A causa di un trasloco molto complicato ho soggiornato da sola presso la struttura, facendo purtroppo avanti e indietro verso e da Bologna Lavorando con gli animali ed il giardino, splendido e completamente recintato, ha fatto davvero la differenza La casa è incantevole così come il panorama che ne fa da cornice, impagabile svegliarsi alla vista dei nostri Appennini. Talmente tanto silenzio da sentirmene - soprattutto di notte - quasi intimorita :-) Bellissimo stacco durante il quale, a tratti, sono riuscita anche a rigenerarmi Ho avuto qualche piccola difficoltà con la Tv in sala rispetto alla sincronizzazione canali, mentre tutto ok con quella in camera Pulizia e servizi offerti completamente in linea con le aspettative Nell’insieme consiglierei assolutamente un soggiorno presso questa incantevole struttura se si vuole davvero staccare la spina e ritagliarsi uno spazio ed un momento di solo relax e riposo! This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!

100 Sterne würden wir Tiziana und Roberto geben wenn dies möglich wäre! Du kommst an, wirst willkommen geheißen und fühlst dich einfach nur wohl! ( selbst gebackener Kuchen!🍰) Es fehlt an wirklich nichts, alles ist vorhanden und du kannst beruhigt abschalten! ( auch für Kinder bestens geeignet!) Es steckt so viel Liebe darin, das kann man spüren und sehen!! Blitzsauber und makellos! Selten sowas erlebt! Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

La casa è splendida, arredata con grande gusto, pulitissima e luminosissima. La posizione tranquilla permette di godersi il relax della campagna intorno a Bologna e nel contempo di visitare i dintorni e le cittadine più belle dell’Emilia. Francesco e sua moglie sono stati host gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Soggiorno a 5 stelle!

La casa è molto ben curata nei dettagli. Peccato x l'aria fresca altrimenti avremmo fatto il bagno in piscina. Bellissimo giardino molto ben curato. La cucina è enorme. Molto simpatica anche la proprietaria del bar difronte alla casa. Non saprei cosa aggiungere. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e siamo stati benissimo. Complimenti a Miriam da tutti noi.

Sono stato ospitato da Francesca, molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile, l’appartamento l’ho trovato in ordine e pulito, inoltre ha un tavolino con sedie per poter mangiare fuori all’aperto. La piscina é vicina all’appartamento, ed ha una doccia esterna con acqua calda. Il posto é tranquillo, lo consiglio per chi ama la tranquillità immersa nella natura, c’è anche un bel punto panoramico e si può ammirare il tramonto.

Die Villa Dacia ist ein echtes Schätzchen. Tiziano hat die Wohnung selbst renoviert und großen Wert auf eine sehr gute Verarbeitung gelegt und hat einen Traum von Wohnung geschaffen. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität, es ist sogar noch etwas schöner. Viel Liebe zum Detail, es ist alles perfekt durchdacht. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Man findet alles was man benötigt und noch vieles darüber hinaus. Beide Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei wunderschöne Bäder. Draußen befindet sich ein Pool und ein Whirlpool (den wir im Sommer jedoch nicht genutzt haben). Zusätzlich gibt es einige Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Auto kann sicher im Innenhof geparkt werden. Man sollte beachten, dass im Garten ein Hund lebt. Beatrice ist sehr gut erzogen, hört aufs Wort auch auf das Wort von Gästen. Sie ist sehr lieb, aber Tag und Nacht dort. Dies sollte man bei seiner Buchung bedenken. Wir geben eine Empfehlung für diese Unterkunft!

Bellissima casa ed ottima esperienza specialmente in grandi gruppi anche con bambini

Wir waren als Familie in der wunderschönen Bleibe von Andrea - ein Paar mit Baby, ein Paar ohne Kind und ein Großelternpaar, also 6 Erwachsene. Wir hatten mehr als genug Platz und wurden sehr warm empfangen. Apartment, Garten und Pool waren super und wir konnten und gut erholen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die überschattete Tafel, an der wir immer gegessen haben. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und alles war absolut sauber und gut gepflegt. Andrea und Alina haben wir als sehr warmherzig und zuvorkommend erlebt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had a very joyful stay, host was friendly from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Loved all the animals and the beautiful scenery. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Communication was very easy and we felt right at home.

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Alloggio perfetto per famiglie o gruppetto di amici, spazioso con tutte le comodità, il fatto di avere due bagni è comodissimo. Zona tranquilla senza tanti rumori. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Excellent stay! Andrea is a wonderful host. Comfortable and well appointed house in a beautiful setting. Very clean and spotless. Location is in the hills outside Bologna and a car is necessary to get around.

Grosszügige, helle und gut gelegene Wohnung. Super geeignet mit Hunden (viele Gründflächen/Parks in der Umgebung) Und mit dem Auto kommend (Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude). Giorgio war super freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl und Zuhause gefühlt.

Eliana and Michele are one of the best host I know. My gf and I were the first time in Italy and saw their offer. We immediately fell in love and wanted to stay there. Eliana is very friendly and helpful regarding everything and so lovely. The pictures are very accurate, however even better in real. We were flabbergasted about the location and (be aware to drive the last 500 miles carefully, a care with not too low height is recommended) we‘ve been greeted in person and showed around - very warm welcome + their lovely dogs. If we had questions, Eliana und Michele were quickly responsive and we received local recommendations. The experience was very unique and we‘d love to come back!

Das Haus war groß und liebevoll gemütlich eingerichtet mit tollem riesigen Garten. Für uns war es ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Italien in dieser Gegend zu erkunden. Gianna und John waren sehr aufmerksame und super warmherzige Gastgeber, die uns auch mal mit einer Flasche Wein überraschten . Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Very nice apartment in great location. Walking distance to the main train station. Dario was a great host. He prepared also a breakfast for us.

Wir waren nur zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft, aber die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Mit dem Bus kommt man schnell überall hin, also die Lage ist auch top. Paolo hat immer schnell und freundlich auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Auch Check-in und check-out waren sehr unkompliziert. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Danke
