The ambiance of this place is very yellow. I say yellow because it was warm and inviting like the sun & there I got plenty of that too. My dog was lost on the final day of this trip, and that was the most sour day I have spent in the Phillipines. She has yet to be discovered and my heart breaks for that. Shera and her significant other Emilio suited up and searched for my fur baby as if they were a swat team. That alone, speaks volumes as to the type of people they are. From the moment I stepped foot on the Balai property, I felt welcomed and I also felt the mystic feeling of nature one cannot buy. This experience is one in a million. To my fur baby Peach, I pray that you are okay and I hope that you know we are thinking of you until we meet again 😢

Hosts were very responsive and helpful! The place was in perfect condition as well -- clean and accurate as in the photos. Complete amenities and just wonderful! Enjoyed our stay! Will def come back. Thank you so much.
