Great place with an amazing view.

Karol is a very interesting, open and likeable man. He had a lot of tips for things to do for me with the corresponding links, which took away a lot of research work from me. Parking was safely possible on the premises, but there was always something free right in front of the entrance. The apartment is a dream: beautiful structural elements, a romantic west-facing balcony with chairs where you can enjoy the evening sun with a drink, the large super comfy bed! A highlight is the Swedish stove! Karol provided a generous supply of wood and it was a pleasure to watch the fire in one of his large reading chairs cuddled in a ceiling. The apartment has a very pleasant atmosphere and the optimal seating for any time of day. The Wi-Fi is well suited for working, SmartTV is there, the kitchen is well equipped (spices, coffee, tea, French press, microwave, stove with oven, washing machine...), Beautiful bathroom! We stayed only for 2 nights and were mostly gone for days, but the place was very nice, clean, there was everything we needed. The housewife is very kind and always available. Thanks, and we recommend. ☺️

Great place to stay in a very central location.

We spent a wonderful spring week in Görlitz and were able to reach everything on foot thanks to the super central and at the same time quiet location of the apartment. We found the apartment itself as beautiful as described and immediately felt at home. We were greeted with a flower from our own "monastery garden" in front of the door and also with a variety of very helpful tips for activities or practical life on site. In general, the garden: In the afternoons and evenings, we liked to use it extensively. A special thanks at this point also to Christoph, who was always very promptly available for questions or suggestions! We'd love to come back to this cozy place!

An amazing place in beautiful Karpniki. Wonderful area for hiking, I know the Giant Mountains quite well, but the pleasure of hiking in Rudawa is indescribable. Terrain with a tremendous history! The mill itself is lovingly restored, you can see that the owners have put a lot of effort into it! Clean, well-maintained, with atmospheric extras! Breathtaking view from every window! Fully fenced area, which was important to us due to the fearful dog. And if the dog could, it would stay on the property. You'll receive clear check-in instructions from hosts, plus lots of interesting facts to explore in the area right away, which is super helpful for visitors to this region for the first time. Enough to say we'll be back 100%!!

It was exactly as described and even more familiar and friendly. Sophie and Charlotte made it possible for us to arrive earlier in a completely flexible way. The descriptions fully matched - and Görlitz has two more fans. We hope it stays this "peaceful". Thank you, Silesia!

I had a fantastic stay! The location was very easy to find, with free parking available. It’s conveniently close to the city, yet the surroundings are peaceful, quiet, and offer great privacy. The apartment itself was spacious and provided a very comfortable stay. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the lovely outdoor area with a table and chairs under a marquee—perfect for relaxing. Marcin and Halina were wonderful hosts—friendly, helpful, and always easy to reach. The apartment was perfect, there was nothing missing. So many details the landlords have thought of. It was a very nice week. Close to public transport, center very close, bakery and cinema right around the corner. We had breakfast on the sunny quiet balcony, the beds were excellent. I slept so well. The property is located in the center of the old town, in a historically unique ambiance. It combines history (many details from the time of construction in the 16th century are still visible) with modern amenities. The cozy garden in the backyard invites you to rest. Very successful stay. Cozy apartment with full equipment. We didn't miss anything. The host sent comprehensive instructions before check-in so we knew how to get around the property. Access to pools and saunas in the same building is a definite plus. We'll be back:)

We had a nice time, unfortunately too short. Small things that were missing were submitted immediately. Unfortunately, the hot tub was broken, but sauna was great. We would come back. 😃

A place with a great view , everything was as described. Recommended

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures - I had a great time there. The view from the balcony is clearly the highlight! Maybe good to know is that there is also a sauna and an indoor pool, as the pictures only show the swimming pool outside. The email with the check-in instructions really doesn't come until the day of arrival at 3 p.m., but it was totally easy to get into the apartment. Highly recommended!

Accommodation as described, but a hotplate is complicated for cooking. Very warm welcome. Host to contact by phone rather than by message but otherwise very responsive.

Quite place with everything you need to have a rest with a mountains view and forest just under the hand. Highest level of support from hosts! Recommended!
