I had a fantastic stay! The location was very easy to find, with free parking available. It’s conveniently close to the city, yet the surroundings are peaceful, quiet, and offer great privacy. The apartment itself was spacious and provided a very comfortable stay. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the lovely outdoor area with a table and chairs under a marquee—perfect for relaxing. Marcin and Halina were wonderful hosts—friendly, helpful, and always easy to reach. An amazing place in beautiful Karpniki. Wonderful area for hiking, I know the Giant Mountains quite well, but the pleasure of hiking in Rudawa is indescribable. Terrain with a tremendous history! The mill itself is lovingly restored, you can see that the owners have put a lot of effort into it! Clean, well-maintained, with atmospheric extras! Breathtaking view from every window! Fully fenced area, which was important to us due to the fearful dog. And if the dog could, it would stay on the property. You'll receive clear check-in instructions from hosts, plus lots of interesting facts to explore in the area right away, which is super helpful for visitors to this region for the first time. Enough to say we'll be back 100%!!

Kerstin's place is great! Great location, even if you arrive by train, and very carefully furnished. Her travel guide was super helpful and Kerstin is also perfect at communicating and giving tips. Very happy to come back!

My daughter and I had a lovely few days in the city. The parking is easily accessible and the apartment is very nice and luxurious. You are immediately in the city center and have everything nearby. In the morning, a car with baked goods is in front of the door, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants are less than 50 meters away. Mariola is a very nice woman, we met her a few times while walking and talked to her a little. Best regards,

Everything was great, very nice location for a dog trip, actually close to a lot of green area. It's a short walk to the center, but it's a big deal. Highly recommended!

Very welcoming. Clean and tidy. Nicer than the photos. A kind and communicative host. Recommended. The only downside is not much is where to walk especially with a stroller with a baby, but it doesn't affect the rating 😀 The pool is also very cool

Very successful stay. Cozy apartment with full equipment. We didn't miss anything. The host sent comprehensive instructions before check-in so we knew how to get around the property. Access to pools and saunas in the same building is a definite plus. We'll be back:)

We had a nice time, unfortunately too short. Small things that were missing were submitted immediately. Unfortunately, the hot tub was broken, but sauna was great. We would come back. 😃

A place with a great view , everything was as described. Recommended

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures - I had a great time there. The view from the balcony is clearly the highlight! Maybe good to know is that there is also a sauna and an indoor pool, as the pictures only show the swimming pool outside. The email with the check-in instructions really doesn't come until the day of arrival at 3 p.m., but it was totally easy to get into the apartment. Highly recommended!

Accommodation as described, but a hotplate is complicated for cooking. Very warm welcome. Host to contact by phone rather than by message but otherwise very responsive.
