Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Bogue Sound

This place is great for families or a small group of friends. The bedrooms provide privacy with the common areas just the right size. Close to the beach and restaurants. The nightly rate is a great value. The cleaning fee seems kind of high to then also have to strip the beds, etc. As the only negative, I'd stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was peaceful and private with a beautiful view right next to the canal. My kids especially had a blast fishing off the dock — it quickly became their favorite part of the trip. The setting was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. We would definitely love to come back!

Lisa’s place was great! It was cozy and the design was really well thought out. She had a lot of nice little touches and it was easy to feel right at home. The couches were so comfortable which made it super easy to relax. Lisa was really responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend if you’re coming to Oriental!

This was the third time we stayed and absolutely loved it. We have spent time at the condo during summer and winter months. It is the perfect place if you are looking for rest and relaxation. The condo is close to many locally-owned restaurants in Emerald Isle, Swansboro, and Atlantic Beach that are as good as any out there. We strongly recommend the Red Fish Grill in Atlantic Beach (the best calamari we have ever had). The condo is always spotless with new renovations to the bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable as well whic lacks at many places we have stayed. We give the condo 5 out of 5 stars.

We love staying at this place! This was our third visit and won’t be our last. Who can resist the large windows overlooking the Sound, the smell and feel of the water and the breeze? The screened in porch, especially when a rain shower came through, was a wonderful place to hang out, have coffee and enjoy the day. I called this our bluebird visit as there were so many around the Cottage. Watching the fishing boats, egrets and pelicans is such a simple but welcome pleasure. So many great memories to take away!

Great place to stay for a few days with access to everything you need! Beaches not too far away and close to Camp Lejeune if you’re visiting a soldier! House was beautiful and comfortable. I felt like I was at home. Got there earlier than I thought, texted Wilder, and immediate response to go ahead in. Every question was answered immediate and also checking to ensure we were comfortable was done by Wilder! Will for sure choose to come back!!

Beautiful condo unit as compared to others we have stayed at in the same building. Beautiful setting on the sound with view of the ocean which is very close. Pool is beautiful as well. Baths for each bedroom which is great. Beds were great!!

Absolutely loved staying here! It was an end unit as described and the beach veiw from the balcony was breathtaking. Easy beach access, kid friendly unit, very clean and comfortable. It felt like home on arrival, we were able to unpack easily and still enjoy the rest of the day in the area. Stacy was very quick to answer when we had an issue and resolved it within the hour. Would recommend staying here, especially if you have kids.

Our stay has been great! We needed to be close by base for the SunDown Event on Cherry Point. We absolutely loved the cleanliness and the space it provided for us. Brian was very responsive when it came to our arrival and understanding of our long travel from Florida. Look forward to booking there again soon!

First time with Bruce, as my usual go to was booked. Turns out it was a blessing. I love Bruce's home; it was clean, welcoming and tastefully furnished. Communication with Bruce was outstanding, he was very responsive to questions and easily available. Bruce's unit will definitely be saved as a favorite and I would very highly recommend him. To summarize, we were absolutely delighted and try felt at home. Bruce, thank you!

This stay reminded me of all the reasons I love my hometown. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed. The host was welcoming and easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay again!

This Airbnb has so much charm and character! The kitchen was stocked with all the spices and condiments we needed, especially for cooking seafood. There are so many little activities included. For example; a sound system, card games, and outdoor equipment (chairs, skim board, shovel). Sam is a wonderful host, very attentive. One evening, a small situation came up and he responded to our message immediately. In fact, he showed up to help at 11 pm! We truly enjoyed our stay. Wrightsville is such a special place. I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in town!

I would definitely recommend this provider. The facilities were phenomenal, well worth the price, comfortable, beautifully decorated and provided for. John was extremely easy to work with and very personable. I cannot recommend these accommodations highly enough. if I come back to the area, I will definitely look John up again!

Was there for work on Camp Lejeune. Great location, close to base. Would highly recommend staying here if in the area. Brianna is very responsive and proactive in communicating. Would stay here again if available on future projects.
