Townhome vacation rentals in Bogue Sound

Great stay for my family and two dogs. Ashley was quick and easy to text with. Ideal location. Easily walk to beach. Would stay again and hope to do so.

My wife and I wanted to try somewhere different since we normally go to the beach in Atlantic Beach. We decided to try Topsail. What a great decision. Missy's place was fantastic!! We found it to be exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to local restaurants and activities. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. And the VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR!! Missy was a great host. She was very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend it and will for sure be back ourselves. The only negative from our stay was having to leave!!

We actually booked another Airbnb but the host cancelled on us when we were on the literal doorstep. We had to scramble since it was a holiday weekend and everything was booked and expensive. We finally found Tony’s place. He was super responsive. It was clean, and convenient both in location and amenities. Also it smelled so good, which is a weirdly big thing for me. We were very thankful to have found it so last minute

The home was as described in the listing. It was comfortable and close to downtown. The house is nice and spacious. There is a separate thermostat for downstairs and upstairs, which is nice to keep everyone comfortable. The bedroom downstairs doesn’t have a ceiling fan, which is the only thing I missed! Adding a simple standing fan would make up for this. I would also caution if you are a person that talks a lot and is seeking contact with your host, this might not be the place for you. It’s very much geared towards independent guests and you should be comfortable reading all material in the listing rather than planning to reach out to your hosts (I say this as someone who has hosted an Airbnb and would have people reach out to me). Overall, a nice stay in a nice house!

This is our second time staying at Deb and Paul’s condo. The host is very responsive and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. It’s in a great location within A Place at the Beach. Our family loves it here!

Don’s place was great for our family with kids. Just one block walk to the beach. The kids loved the ocean and playing in the pool. Don’s place had all of the amenities (wagons, beach carts, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards) you would need for a fun and relaxing vacation. Thanks Don!

We enjoyed our stay. Terri and David’s place had everything we needed and the view of the marina was beautiful. We would return again!

Excellent location and great space.

Absolutely a beautiful home! Everything was spot on, from a well stocked kitchen to plenty of towels, to comfortable furniture. We had a weather related issue, which I casually mentioned to Sara. ( it most likely would have resolved itself). She responded within the hour and the issue was resolved within a few hours. She made sure we were safe and comfortable. The location was perfect, with restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this home. I can honestly say it was one of the nicest places in which we’ve stayed.

We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our group! Just a short drive to the beach and close to great local spots and shopping. The process was user friendly and would definitely love to come back!

Chris and Rudy were lovely hosts. they are very friendly and super quick to respond! the house was EXTREMELY clean. me and my husband were VERY impressed!!

I was in town for 2 weeks on a work trip. Home was comfortable and location was great. Close to my office and convenient to lots of shopping and dining options.

Our family had a wonderful time! Host was very responsive and helpful. The house was very clean, quaint and cozy to make you feel right at home. My three children also had a great time and enjoyed the beach wagon and toys. We can't wait to return on our next mini vacation.

It’s the second time I’ve stayed in the complex. I highly recommend this location at unit 27. Closer to the beach. Easy access to the pool which is great when having kids with you. Super sweet lady to deal with.

Cathy place was amazing, their team was very accommodating and understanding to our circumstances. We loved how thoughtful and responsive she was. The views were amazing. The home felt like home. Plenty of towels and blankets. Spacious, loved the two levels! Enjoyed the fire pit on the balcony. Will come back when it’s hot as they have everything you need to hangout by the beach. We will be back for sure. Cathy’s place is a MUST when visiting Emerald Isle!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rose's Airbnb. The place was clean and organized, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions for everything. Rose's attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. She generously provided a complimentary bottle of wine, along with a selection of drinks and snacks, which made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. Her hospitality and thoughtful touches made our stay truly special. We highly recommend staying at Rose's place and would love to return in the future.

Dakota was a really great host and was always quick to help and respond to us in a timely manner . The house was so cute, cozy and had some board games to play while we relaxed at night . I definitely recommend staying at the village cow if you’re needing a place in the area. It was so nice being so close to base as well if you have a family member or a significant other at Camp Lejeune! Thank you so much!!

This has been a long stay and although we weren’t at our home, we felt like it! They were extremely helpful and accommodating. I appreciate them for working with me and providing an extended stay for my son and I. Every place we travel to daily is within 10 minutes of the location which was perfect for us. I would recommend to stay here any day! Anything I needed or needed help with, they were easily accessible for assistance.

We have stayed at Marc and Rebecca’s at least 6 times, maybe more. That we keep going back should speak for itself. Their place is always clean and neat. We are close to our relatives which is a priority for us. We have cooked meals there as grocery stores are close. We have also enjoyed many restaurants in the area. We feel safe in the neighborhood. There are sidewalks for walking for exercise and the backyard looks out on a pond. We see fish and geese. Our grandson loves to go look at the geese. We already have reservations to stay there again. The place exceeding our expectations. It was easy to get into when we checked in. We had five adults and two children (ages 2 and 6) in our family. My 80 year old mother was with as well. The elevator was a life saver for her. The layout allowed the parents and children to have the entire 2nd floor to themselves. Great grandma also stayed on the 2nd floor as there were 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms on this floor. The 4th floor was a great place to hang out, play games, and put a huge puzzle together. It also had an amazing sleep space, although we did not need it. The full bathroom on this floor was also much appreciated. The kitchen was amazing, having everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together throughout the week. The beach was very close (3 min walk) on a nice boarded walk way with no traffic or worries as we walked with little ones daily. The pool was very close as well and made a great alternative when kids tired of the beach. Highly recommend!

Stacy was a great host. She was very responsive when I had questions prior to arrival. She even made sure we had a travel crib on the property for our little one which made packing less stressful. I appreciated her local restaurant recommendations, and she was very helpful when we accidentally left something behind after departure. We would definitely stay here again.

This is my family’s 4th year at EI and the Pelican Plunge might be my favorite we’ve been to thus far. The location is wonderful. You can walk or park at the community’s private beach access. We always rent a golf cart so having one available for us to use was amazing. Similarly to other reviewers, it really did feel like staying at a friends place. The home was very clean (no weird smell like some places), comfortable and was the perfect setting for my family’s vacation. Also, the beds were so comfortable, I have never slept so well at a rental! Even though it’s 3 stories, the stairs weren’t an issue at all because they were broken up into half flights so it was perfect for my mother to handle with a bad knee and for my toddler. We also loved spending time on all the decks listening to the ocean and enjoying the sea breeze. Nikki was an exceptional host, communicating with her was a breeze and I knew I could reach out for anything. I’m so happy we stayed at the Pelican Plunge!
