The most prominent part of this apartment is a large terrace on two levels (20m2+20m2), which is a place to stay and enjoy the sea view, sunsets, greenery and chirping of birds from nearby trees at any time of the day.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
