Apartment vacation rentals in Malinska-Dubašnica

Besides those aspects that have been rated separately, I would highlight the friendliness and hospitality of Mladen's father, Miljenko. The apartment is very clean, quiet & cosy, with very nice balcony and excellent beds & bedsheets. The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable was the toilet in the bathroom, exactly opposite to the door. Some separation would probably help. A note on the location vs the beach: have not measured, but 250m is probably an underestimate. Besides, it is steep uphill, so I would not recommend it for people with hearth issues or with small children. :)

We loved staying at Gabriele's place. The entire apartment was very nice and well equipped. Above all, it was super clean. You even had a slight sea view from the balcony. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We were recommended great restaurants and beaches. In addition, they were always available. We would definitely come back again and rate our stay very well 10⭐️

It was very nice! Gordana is very friendly and helpful! You share a common house entrance from which Gordana's apartment and the Airbnb depart, but you are still undisturbed the entire time and can contact Gordana if you have any questions. I can only recommend it! The Airbnb is generally very well equipped and very clean! We had all the appliances we needed - including dishwasher and washing machine! The city center of Njivice is also just a short walk away!

The whole stay felt warm. Bruno was very flexible even when we had to change the date of our stay. He was proactive, friendly, and easy to reach. The apartment itself is great for the money we paid. It's close to Njivice beaches and the center, but it's a little bit up the hill. My favorite part was the balcony with the view. We would surely recommend the place.

We had a wonderful day of rest in Apartment Vesna! The location is perfect, close to the beach and all amenities in Malinska. The suite was super clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better. The host Vesna was super friendly, welcoming, and always available if we had any questions or needed help. Thanks to her, we felt right at home. We definitely recommend and would be happy to come back!

We loved our stay! The unit was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location is outstanding with the water steps away and lots of wonderful restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

The stay at Marina's was super nice. The apartment is very quiet and you can reach the beach very quickly. Marina and her parents (live above the apartment) were extremely nice and very helpful! Communication was totally easy and we could always get in touch with any problems! We felt very comfortable here.

Tomislav was an excellent host. His English is very good communicated well. The place very clean-well set up we enjoyed are stay in his apartment. The view is unbelievable. The apartment close to everything what you need for a fantastic beach holiday. Can recommend to anyone

We've stayed with Martin for a second time because Martin is a great host. He replies quickly and is very forthcoming. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed.

Ivan is a great host! He was present when we arrived and often present at home, so we can ask for information or communicate with him easily. The place was perfect: large, clean, full of every comfort. Great parking in front of the property too! Quiet area, beautiful beaches that can be reached just a few minutes by car. A nice strategic area to reach other points of the island too. Suuuper recommended!

Comfortable and clean apartment. Nice bathroom. Clean towels. Great panoramic view from the terrace. The kitchen is mechanized. Easy contact with the landlord. A personal and warm welcome. 10 minutes walk to the beach.

With the Butkovic family, everything worked out. We filled us as at home. Very friendly and loving people. We would be happy to come back .

The unit was exactly as advertised. It was modern & clean with nice decor and a comfortable bed. The outdoor area was great and the hot tub was nice and relaxing. Very happy that we chose to stay here!

Simona is a very friendly and courteous host. Check-In and also Check-Out was very easy. The Studio was very clean and in a quite area of Malinska. The location is perfect. Very recommandable!

we particularly appreciated: - the view of the sea with fantastic sunsets - the "fish/Kalippa"car every morning at 9 am and the barbecue on the terrace - The outdoor shower - the equipment including the washing machine downstairs - the great colors in the kitchen - Neat air conditioning for the bedroom - great restaurants on the beach (Kod Dilde and Victorija were our favorites) As a tip for improvement, we remembered GARNIX We are also happy to recommend the Luna apartment because - it was extremely clean - was great with things prepared for the start and - the very personal handover. The place is exactly like in the images. Everything is new and useful. I recommend it to anyone who wants a very good accommodation in Njivice.

Had a very nice stay. Google maps doesn't quite give the correct location. But Miso led us remotely to the right stay. Arriving there, everything was as expected. The sea view was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Had a malfunction on the water heater for hot water. But Miso immediately arranged a mechanic. We had accidentally closed ourselves outside. Miso immediately arranged for us to come back in. So top owner. With a beautiful stay where you can enjoy.
