In the heart of Aabenraa, this beautiful apartment is located in a house with access to a beautiful garden. The pedestrian street with shopping and cafes as well as Føtex is a 3-minute walk from the home. There is a kitchen/living room with a nice dining area where you can make tea/coffee, and a refrigerator and microwave can be used. All tableware in the cupboards can be used and must be washed by hand. The bedroom overlooks the backyard, where there is peace and tranquility. The bathroom has just been renovated and there are towels and 1 bath towel.

The house has been renovated with lattice windows and some of the old timber has been preserved and is visible. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom and toilet and on the 1st floor, there is a kitchen and living room. There is a super good sofa bed with luxury mattresses and there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and ceramic stove. In addition, there is an alcove with a good mattress

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, and enjoy the view of the hilly terrain, with the forest as your closest neighbor. In the kitchenette, which contains a refrigerator, two hotplates and a sink, you have the option to make breakfast and lunch. It feels as if the annex is located in rural surroundings, and yet it is within walking distance of the city center and beach. One of the annex's rooms serves as the Master bedroom. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Small annex with small kitchen, located about 800 meters from a great beach/fishing and ferry departure to Barsø. Several beautiful beaches in the area, holiday center with pool and e.g. mini golf just around the corner. Forests and beautiful nature. 8 km to Stor climbing park. 18-hole golf course just across from the house. ½ hour to the German border. 10 km to Aabenraa. 3 km to shopping and pizzeria Pets are no longer allowed after 8/15/2021

Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.
