Monthly Rentals in Bodsham

We spent a wonderful Easter break at the beautiful old mill barn. The place is really well laid out with lots of space to relax and enjoy a break away. We loved the views out into the gardens and fields around. There are lovely walks around but we enjoyed mostly sitting in the garden in the sunshine! Our son absolutely loved the Wendy house outside, a welcome distraction! We look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

The house is in a very pretty location, surrounded by fields and horses all around, and the nearby pub was excellent, just a short walk away. My only difficulty was that the house has lots of lovely trinkets and knick-knacks on display, which could be very charming but when I visited with children I felt constantly worried about breaking things and had to move a lot of things out of reach! I would advise it's better for older kids, not babies or toddlers, but that's only to protect the host's items and furniture. The garden was also beautiful!

A lovely few days at Hazel cottage. The cottage was clean, light, very peaceful and it had everything we needed to make it a home from home. We enjoyed a couple of evening meals in the garden, some lovely walks along the North Downs Way with some very nice lunches at pubs along the way. I felt very comfortable allowing my dog to roam around the garden, which was very secure - he met his first hedgehog there l. Claudia and her partner were very friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful two night stay. Katy and Bryan were lovely hosts, and we very much enjoyed the freshly-baked bread and home-made jam. The location was beautiful and peaceful, and the cabin was charming and comfortable. We will be returning!
