In addition, this charming apartment, which has bright rooms that receive light all day and a spacious balcony, is on the 2nd floor of a 2-storey building. There is parking available for those with vehicles, and for those without, the stop is right in front of the house. Our villa is 15 minutes from Bodrum center. 5 min to Turgutreis, 5 min to Ortakente, 10 minutes from Gümüşlüke, 5 minutes from Acıbadem Hospital, 5 minutes from the sea, and it is easy to get anywhere. It is 150 meters away from the Turgutreis Bodrum road. The house is brand new. It has never been used. 24-hour hot water, Vrf heating and cooling system.

The pool is shared but rarely busy. Cleanliness is our top priority — spotless with the same care you’d expect at your mother’s home. It is approximately 50 square meters. Since the location of our site is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.
