Onur’s place is perfect! It’s a big villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two large patios. Comfortable (with great air conditioning) and close to town (although the roads are a bit steep, fyi). Onur was the best host ever! He helped arrange taxis for us each day, and he was incredibly responsive and helpful. He really went above and beyond, and we were so grateful as it made our trip easy. I highly recommend staying here!

The outdoor area features a private pool surrounded by well-maintained grass and stone pathways. Lush greenery is present, including a young tree near the pool. A covered seating area provides shade, enhancing the outdoor ambiance.

Our stay in this house left only pleasant impressions! 🏡✨ The house is very cozy and the panoramic view is just magical - every morning started with stunning scenery that lifted our spirits. 🌅 There were some minor comments on the quality of cleaning upon check-in, but the host responded instantly and organized a re-cleaning, so the issue was quickly resolved. Overall, the host was incredibly responsive: promptly helped with any issues, ordered extra blankets and comforter covers, cleaned the pool and even fixed the air conditioning. Was always on call and responded almost instantly. 📞 All in all, the vacation was comfortable and we were pleased with both the house itself and the attentiveness of the host. Thank you for your hospitality! 💙

The villa gives a beautiful view of the Aegean, and stunning sunsets. The house is spacious, with good sized bedrooms. The pool is well kept and lovely. Loungers around the pool mean you never want to leave. The original location description seems to have the villa a little nearer to the road than the actual location, so were weren't exactly where we thought we were staying, but the extra height obviously meant we good better views... it was just a longer walk after an evening out. Communication was good, and both the host and his co-host were very helpful.

In general the Bodrum peninsula has seen a lot of building development. So it was nice to feel a bit removed from all the crowded places. But still have a good restaurant in walking distance and grocery shopping just 5 Minutes by car. A nice and secluded beach was also only 15 Minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed this get away and I painfully miss my peaceful morning coffee out on the terrace looking over the hills and down to the sea.

Ev lokasyon olarak, çok güzel bir yerde. Marinaya, plaja, yemek yerlerine yürüme mesafesinde. Şehrin içinde olmasına rağmen, sokak çok sakin. Her gün kahvaltımızı evin avlusunda yaptık. Ev ile otel odası karışımı. Mutfakta tüm eşyaların olması ev gibi hissettiriyor. Tek oda ve sade olması da otel hissi veriyor. Cumhur mesajlara çok hızlı dönüş yapıyor. Çözüm odakli. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Bodruma tekrar gittiğimizde seçimimiz yine bu ev olacaktır.

Öncelikle, 2 sene önce başka bir işletmenin bünyesindeyken gittiğimiz yer ile şimdiki yer arasında hijyen, ilgi, alaka ve güler yüz açısından çok büyük derece fark vardı. Okan Bey oldukça ilgili, güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Ev gayet temizdi ve kullanıma hazırdı. Son olarak da eklenilen yoga-spor alanı ve jakuzi mekana farklılık katmış. Köpekleri Beyaz için bile tekrar gelinir :) teşekkürler

Fikret bey oldukça hassas, yardımsever ve anlayışlı bir ev sahibiydi. Isteklerimize anında cevap verdi. Erken geleceğimizi söylediğimizde bize evin müsait olduğunu ve erkenden girebileceğinizi söyledi. Paranın değil memnuniyetin birinci planda olduğunu görmek benim için oldukça önemliydi. Ailece harika bir tatil yaptık hatta seneye de yine konaklayacağız. Fikret bey artık Bodrum’daki ahbabimiz oldu çünkü🥰 Evin temizliği; su, çay , kahve ihtiyacımız hemen karşılandı. Kısacası harika bir ev ve harika bir ev sahibi👏👏👏

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is beautiful and the pool is great. The villa is located on a steep slope and the road access is quite challenging, especially parking the vehicle in the garage but we enjoyed the challenge. It is about a 20 minute walk to the beach where there are numerous restaurants. The walk back takes longer due to the steep incline.

The villa's exterior is elegantly presented, featuring a structured terrace with wooden beams above. An inviting swimming pool is set against the backdrop of landscaped greenery, while a pathway of stones leads towards the entrance, enhancing the serene atmosphere.

The host was beneficial and accommodating, and the house was terrific. It can comfortably accommodate one or even two families (up to 8 people). All facilities and amenities were excellent. The host was flexible with our check-out time and generously allowed us a few extra hours, which we truly appreciated. He was kind, cooperative, and clearly eager to make sure his guests had the best experience possible. I highly recommend staying with him, and I will definitely be visiting this place again.

Thank you Yilmaz for being a lovely host; super responsive and helpful. Absolutely loved Yilmaz’s place! Stunning house with stunning views! Bespoke furnishings and very well maintained! The villa was very clean, plenty to do for the kids! Thanks for the PlayStation game! The boys loved it plus the table tennis! The pool was very beautiful and well situated for the morning sun. Plenty of lounge space; and private space to sun bathe. The balcony was beautiful, plenty of fresh air for my morning meditation and yoga. Plenty of wardrobe space; and cupboard space for storage. The fridge was very clean, plenty of cups, plates and pots. Cooker was easy to use and heats up quick. The bathrooms were clean and no problem with hot water. Washing machine and dryer were very useful to have especially when travelling with kids! Would 100% recommend and stay here again if I did return to Bodrum.

Akşam ve geceleri terasta vakit geçirdik, yıldızları seyretmek güzeldi. Konum itibariyle sessiz kalabalıktan uzak bir yer, yakınlarındaki birkaç market yeterli oluyor. Ev sahibi her aradığımda ulaşılabilirdi. Ufak problemlerin hepsini ev sahibi hemen çözdü, bir sorun yaşamadık. Evin yakınındaki sahil bize yeterliydi ama etrafta araba ile gidilebilecek güzel ve bakir koylar mevcut. Ailemle güzel ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik teşekkür ederiz

This is a lovely, private flat just 5 minutes from the beach (and 10 minutes from a hidden beautiful bay.) it's on the end of a row of houses in a village, so very quiet. it's well equipped with overall quality gear. we cooked 2 out of every three meals here easily. Kaan was the perfect host, quickly responding to any questions we had. if you visit and like cats, please feel Spaghetti (the red cat we befriended 😊) overall super happy with the flat, the easy location to the beaches, the privacy and quiet, and the landlord Kaan. Who speaks perfect English by the way.

We were a group of 7 friends visiting Bodrum for the first time. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Murats. The apartment was clean and spacious. The service while staying was also amazing. We felt very much welcomed and looked after during the entire stay. There is a taxi stand very close to the apartment that offers cheap transport to any of the local recommendations Murat gave or into the castle area. We hope to come back in the future!
