Apartment vacation rentals in Bodrum

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Yiannis' and Georgia's apartment. It's newly renovated, super clean, has all amenities one could wish for and you can see the love they put into every detail. The location itself is fantastic: only a few steps from the beach (you have a wonderful sea view from the balcony) and super cute beach clubs (we'd particularly recommend Alibaba and Mylos) and waterfront restaurants (we especially liked Barbouni). The walk to the town center (which is a bit more touristy but very pretty as well) is only about 10-15 minutes, so you can easily get around by foot or bike, but we did enjoy our home neighborhood the most. As hosts, Yiannis and Georgia were a dream. They might be the nicest people we've ever met. Super accommodating, quick to respond and they made us feel so, so welcome from the moment we arrived in Kos to the second we left. We are really grateful and would definitely stay with them again!

Lovely newly renovated apartment in central Kos ,all required utilities in the apartment, friendly owner and very responsive ,with very helpful neighbours(family members) shared outdoor area to dry clothes which was very positive. Overall excellent spot!!

Stayed here for 1 week mid October 2024, the apartment was excellent, spotless clean and within walking distance of everything you need. Some reviews mentioned the mattress was very hard which it was, however we met the owners on day 1 of our stay (Father and Son) and they added a second mattress topper within 20 mins of mentioning this, really wonderful people who would do anything for you. The apartment is within walking distance to everything you need: 5 mins from harbour for all the restaurants, cafe and bars you will want for your stay. 5 mins in the opposite direction and you’ll find an excellent take away pizza place for when you wish to stay in and have a cozy night. You are directly across from loads of beach clubs spanning the beach, each one will welcome you in and offer great food all day and live music at nights (Fri/Sat). As soon as you close your front door, you won’t hear any music or noise either. Added bonus, apartment is next door to a 24 hr supermarket. 10/10👍

Η Άνθη είναι μια εξαιρετική οικοδεσπότης και χαμογελαστή,ένιωσα στο χώρο της σαν να ήταν δικό μου σπίτι! Ήσυχη γειτονιά, ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως της φωτογραφίες, ομορφος και καθαρος. Μπορείτε να βρείτε κοντά στην περιοχή μόλις λίγα λεπτα με τα πόδια υπέροχα εστιατόρια , είναι επίσης πολύ κοντά στη πλατεία του νησιού. Τέλος εξυπηρετεί και ζευγάρια αν θέλουν να περάσουν λίγες όμορφες και ήρεμες μέρες στο νησί της κω!

Hülya was an incredible host! She accommodated my last-minute, late-night request and welcomed me with delicious Turkish treats. The apartment was spotless, peaceful, and had stunning views. She also gave excellent recommendations, including the need for a rental to explore the area. It’s a 15-minute drive to the airport and 40 minutes to Bodrum. I truly enjoyed my stay—thank you, Hülya!

This airbnb house is very cozy and clean! Very close to the beach and also from a ferry port. The host is friendly all the time when I contact him! We would love to come back again:) Thank you!

This place is decent with cozy design and a nice balcony. Well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful host, who provided all the options for exploring the beautiful side of Kos. The host is also selling tickets for island hopping. Highly recommended if you are interested in such activity! Overall 10/10 stay!

Ho soggiornato da Stavros con il mio ragazzo per dieci giorni! L’appartamento era come da descrizione, molto pulito e siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti nel trovare anche più di quanto ci aspettassimo (saponi, frutta fresca, acqua e anche qualche bevanda). L’host è sempre stato disponibile anche per consigli. La zona è molto pratica, praticamente in centro ma in una via tranquilla e quindi non risente dei rumori della vita notturna, a pochi passi dalle spiagge e con un comodo minimarket nei pressi. Sicuramente super consigliato! L’unica “pecca” che sicuramente non dipende dall’host è che per via delle temperature la casa diventa molto umida e calda e di notte diventa difficile dormire bene ma l’alloggio è fornito di aria condizionata per cui il problema è facilmente risolvibile!

It was a very nice stay! The large terrace was wonderful and there was everything you need. I would book it again!! Thanks also to George who was very helpful and always checked on our well being.

Tolle Unterkunft, direkt an der historischen und belebten Altstadt von Kos. In einem Haus mit 2Airbnbs, direkt nahe der vielen Restaurants und tollen Geschäfte. In der Unterkunft gab es alles was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Basics für die Küche sind auch vorhanden.

Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber und wirklich super ausgestattet, außerdem lagen in Fußnähe alle wichtigen Orte. Der Kontakt verlief immer freundlich und schnell. Das einzige was gestört hatte, war die laute Hauptstraße.

Jacqueline is truly a SuperHost! She took us shopping on our first day, organised a hire car company and even took us to do the paperwork. On top of all this she is a very kind person and it was real pleasure for us to stay in her lovely villa with an incredible sea view. We enjoyed every second of our time there and can highly recommend it.

Very cosy place. The pool was great. Visited during the off-season so it was very quiet and calm.

De locatie van het appartement is geweldig: restaurants, clubs, winkels en het strand is allemaal op loop afstand. Het appartement is meer dan ruim met 3 slaapkamers allemaal met airco, een woonkamer en ruime keuken. Daarnaast heeft het appartement een rum balkon. De communicatie met George verliep vlekkenloos wij kwamen vrij laat aan en dat was geen probleem. Ook konden wij gedurende week elke vraag appen en werd deze snel behandeld. Deze airbnb is zeker een aanrader

Excellent location near many fantastic restaurants (our favorite was right next door with amazing sea food). A bit noisy due to the restaurants around but with the door closed it was fine. Right down to the beach so a quick morning or anytime swim was in reach. Responsive and very helpful host.

Kendi evinizmiş gibi sakin, huzurlu ve güvenli bir ev. Görkem Bey seyahatteydi ve bizi annesi Leyla Hanım (Abla) karşıladı. Abla diyoruz çünkü o kadar güleryüzlü, cana yakın, ilgili insanlar ki 5 günlük tatilimizde biz de ailenin bir parçası gibi olduk. Üst katta oturuyorlar, her an ulaşabiliyorsunuz, cevap alabiliyorsunuz ama siz onları aramadığınız sürece yok gibiler. Bahçeden banyoya kadar her yer pırıl pırıl, çarşaflar, havlular sakız gibiydi. Normalde gittiğimiz yerlerde tabağı, bardağı yıkamadan kullanamayan biri olarak bütün mutfak eşyalarını gönül rahatlığıyla dolaptan alıp kullandım. Evin hiçbir köşesinde en ufak bir toz bile yoktu. Misafirperverliğiniz, güler yüzünüz, cana yakınlığınız için çok teşekkür ederiz.

The apartment is perfect for a couple or single person. My girlfriend and I stayed for a month, and the size was perfect. The location is pretty great. Everything is in 30min walking distance (Bodrum downtown but also Gümbet, which is another bay). It's on top of a hill though, so if you don't like walking there's always the Dolmus very close by (local small bus that leaves every 10min). The terrace is huge and has an awesome view of the marina. If you visit during high season, you might hear the loud music of the clubs. They are across the bay, however, the landscape directs the soundwaves to the apartment. Weird phenomenon. Luckily, the bedroom is on the other side of the house and it's always quiet to sleep. Ayca is a great host, communication is fast and flawless. Would definitely book again!

My husband and I stayed over in Kos on our way to Nisyros, intending to stay for one night and get the ferry in the morning. When we awoke, we found that there were no ferries running, and rather than turn us away because all of the rooms were booked, Kelly put us up in the living room. Our room was exactly as advertised: clean, fresh, with a balcony that looked out onto the city. The studios are close to everything in Kos, and for our short stay, it was convenient and perfectly placed near shops and places to eat. When we were stranded for the day with no plans, Kelly gave us a map and showed us "the perfect day on Kos." She mapped out all of the best places to eat, drink, swim, complete with the best spot to watch the sunset. She steered us clear of all of the touristy stuff, and in the morning we shared a beautiful morning and cup of coffee with her. I cannot recommend staying here enough; you will be cared for and comfortable, feeling good vibes.

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Innenstadt und den nahegelegenen Stränden entfernt. Die Wohnung wurde außerdem fast täglich gereinigt und man hat regelmäßig frische Handtücher und Bettlaken bekommen. Lediglich die Ausstattung in der Küche hätte etwas besser sein können.
