Modernized and cozy 75-square-meter (809-square-foot) apartment in a well-maintained 18th-century half-timbered house. A large, like-new kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower are available. There is a new sofa bed with an ottoman in the living room. For possibly a 3rd person. The bedroom now has a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm / 5' 11" x 6' 6¾") and a children's travel cot can also be set up if needed. In addition, there is a terrace with new seating furniture and an awning.

Ski lifts, bike parks and summer toboggan run are about 35 minutes away by car.

This cozy 60 m² apartment is on the ground floor of a former restaurant. It has a modern kitchen incl. a dishwasher and induction stove. From here you can plan day trips to the Harz, Lake Seeburg and the surrounding towns.
