Modernized and cozy 75-square-meter (809-square-foot) apartment in a well-maintained 18th-century half-timbered house. A large, like-new kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower are available. There is a new sofa bed with an ottoman in the living room. For possibly a 3rd person. The bedroom now has a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm / 5' 11" x 6' 6¾") and a children's travel cot can also be set up if needed. Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Our apartment is lovingly decorated, located on the 1st floor and is about 50 square meters. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area. The bedroom has a 180 x 200 double bed and in the living room there is another sleeping accommodation, a 140 x 200 bed. Right next to the apartment is a large roof terrace with beautiful views, which is for your use only. The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance.

The apartments are centrally located yet in the countryside. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Externsteine are 'around the corner.' The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.
