Lovely little cottage with fantastic hot tub and outdoor space. Walking distance to Polperro village and easy access to the coastal path too.

Very lovely place, me and my girlfriend stayed here for a weekend and had no complaints. The host responded quickly and the property looked exactly like the photos. All the extra little touches like the fire wood, slippers, eggs and etc really made us feel welcome. Overall we really enjoyed our stayed and would happily stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Silva Cottage.The cottage was beautiful and had everything a person could need and very clean. The location was amazing set in woods and so so quiet apart from the birds which were a delight to see and hear especially watching the comings and going’s of Woodpeckers on the bird feeder. The hot tub was spectacular.Set in the woods nothing could compare to sitting back and enjoying the tub with a glass of fizz. We had a great recommendation from Lorraine for an Indian Takeaway which delivered to the cottage and ate a great lunch at The Tamar Inn at Calstock. Great location for walkers with Dartmoor on one side and Bodmin Moor on the other plus the coastal path. Would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

It’s a beautiful, very private accommodation with incredible views over the countryside. We loved our stay, especially the hot tub, and would definitely return. The hosts were absolutely brilliant too.

One night is not enough!! The hot tub was the highlight of this place as it felt super relaxing and calming after our super long drive to cornwall. We visited cornwall’s beaches and Shaun’s place was so comfortable and cozy that we only wish we could stay for a bit longer or at least be able to check-in earlier for a more relaxing experience. The bathroom was squeaky clean, hygienic and really cute and made the girls feel comfortable as home. The cottage had almost all amenities needed for the stay. It was one of the most affordable places in Cornwall and would definitely return!

Wow! What an incredible 6 days we had staying at Nicola’s place. It was for my partners 21st birthday and Nicola put up banners and balloons which was lovely of her. We both had the best time, it was both of our first time in Cornwall and we explored so much in the time we was there. Boscastle is an amazing place to stay as St Ives was just over an hour away, Marazion was an hour away, Newquay just under an hour. Even the local beaches and exploring Boscastle was so much fun. It really was a great location, the views, the sunsets/ sunrises everything truly was amazing and we will 100% be back in the future. Thank you so much for having us and as I say we thoroughly enjoyed our first time in Cornwall.

We had the most wonderful stay at Apple Barn! Alan and Davina are incredible hosts. The welcome tray is a lovely touch especially Davina’s delicious lemon cake. We loved the hot tub and the home itself is so comfortable, clean, well-decorated and contains anything you could possibly need. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back:)

We stayed at Mellinzeath 28 years ago for a week of our honeymoon, and decided to revisit for our anniversary. What a transformation! The property has been restored beautifully and sympathetically, and now feels loved again. Everything - the materials used for the fabric of the building, fixtures, fittings and equipment - is of excellent quality, and there are many little touches which make it extra welcoming. Even Obi, our dog, had his own welcome pack and a warm shower outside. This is a very special property in a tranquil, secluded setting, with nothing but the birds for company. Wish it had been like this for our honeymoon.....

Perfect location and place to stay! Right on the coastal path with perfect walks & views across the harbour to Fowey. The accommodation was cozy and well equipped with everything we needed. even a lovely bottle of red wine & treats for the dog! Definitely will be booking again! 😊

We have just returned from a wonderful stay . The house was perfect , everything you needed was there, lovely enclosed garden which was perfect for Harry the dog. Lovely touch of bottle of wine, milk in fridge and treat for Harry. We were welcomed perfectly and instructions given to Kings Head pub which is a short walk with great food and highly recommend. The Luxyulan valley walk is a must easy walk there and lots of walks in the woods which can be made as long or short as you want with gravelled paths. Train ride to Par on local branch line easy and then we walked to Charlestown along coastal path a stunning harbour ( long walk but worth the views) and bus back to Par and then meal in Kings Head to finish off a perfect day. We will def be back. Beautiful friendly village with handy shop too.

This was our second stay at Sharon's barn and we will definitely come back again. It's in a great location, has all the bits and pieces you need for a week's holiday and is incredibly comfortable. the bed is very comfy and we slept soundly, waking ready for a walk to the beach for a swim.

We loved our stay at the Little Forge. Sue was a superb host and gave us loads of great recommendations. We really appreciated the welcome pack of milk, bread, eggs etc as it meant we could have a lovely lazy morning after our first night. The annexe was exactly as described, extremely well appointed with everything we could need for our week long stay with our dog, including dishwasher and washing machine soaps, good selection of utensils and salt/pepper/oil. The courtyard garden is delightful suntrap and overall the location could not be more peaceful. We’d love to come back again.

We had another wonderful stay at the cottage last week. Thank you so much, Nicola. The cottage was just how we remembered it from last time. Lots of thoughtful things in the cottage, which you then don’t have to go out and buy (kitchen and loo roll, washing products etc, to name a few). The cottage has been really well thought out and furnished to lovely standard so you feel right at home. The linens are very good and I appreciated the quality appliances in the kitchen too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Old Stables. Jo's communication was impeccable and friendly. We got badly held up on the M5 motorway and ended up arriving at midnight, but James, the caretaker, had lit a fire for us to make our arrival a bit more 'cosy'. The gardens are fantastic to explore and the local area is pleasant (apart from St Austell!). We hope to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was in a perfect state, superbly well-equipped and with one of the most comfortable mattresses we have ever lain on - surely the most important contributor to a successful holiday. The outlook over open ground and a valley gave a sense of spaciousness. We would highly recommend a stay.

Just spent a long weekend with family at this amazing place, it really has the wow factor! Beautiful countryside views, lovely tastefully decorated accommodation, with a fantastic pool and hot tub. It’s such a peaceful beautiful location. We enjoyed early morning walks to watch the cows come back from milking and listening to the owls hooting at night. Melanie is such a lovely lady, so warm and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. We enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning. Really enjoyed our Christmas stay in this fantastic home. Lots of space for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. The beds are comfy, great showers, well equipped kitchen. Lovely big dining table. The location was great, close to some nice beaches and walks / runs straight from the house. The garden is lovely, not completely secure but near enough. We would definitely recommend staying here, the price is extremely reasonable for such a great place.

We had a wonderful trip to Cornwall and staying at this quiet and lovely place was perfect place to relax after hikes and sightseeing. Very comfortable bathroom and beds. Kitchen had all the high end details and sitting outside in courtyard was so relaxing. Super helpful on one item we had trouble with. Would stay again!!
