We had an amazing stay! Everything was just as described in the listing. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. We spent so much time on the back patio and pool which was private and relaxing! We will definitely be back to stay with Brandon again!!

The pool was a real highlight: clean, private, and perfect for enjoying the sunshine or cooling off. Communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and incredibly responsive. They were always available and made us feel very welcome from the start. Everything went perfectly, and we would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a top Airbnb experience. We’d love to come back!

The home matched the description and photos. Enjoyed having a private pool area. We used the pool everyday of our stay. Close to many of the restaurants we enjoy to dine at. The home was clean and tidy. The electricity went out one morning and Jose was very responsive and kept us up to date on the situation. It was an issue on the power company’s end. The home worked out well for us.

Lovely house in Port Charlotte right on a canal with easy access to the harbor. The house was comfortable and spacious for my parents, myself, my husband and our two children. The pictures don't quite capture how clean and updated the house is. The pool area is absolutely perfect, we hung out there every day and spent hours in the pool. There were so many extras provided that we started saying, "if they don't have it here, we don't need it". Snacks and drinks were provided for us, which was just really nice and greatly appreciated. We used the boat almost every day and also fished right off the dock. If we choose to stay in Port Charlotte again we would definitely stay here. Providing a house with a boat included is maybe the best idea I have ever heard. The only bad part was having to leave.

Paradise Palm is a beautiful house! The home was very spacious, clean and located in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. We loved having the pool which was well cared for and the outdoor dining area was very useful. Stephanie is a great host who is very responsive to any questions or concerns. I was also very impressed with all the extra linens available and towels. Lots of extra little things available at the house that many hosts don’t think of too. Especially in the kitchen area. I have rented many homes because I travel quite a bit and I am very impressed with this one. My family & I really enjoyed our stay there.

Fabulous property in quiet corner of the Bonita Springs neighborhood. Beautifully remodeled home with all the conveniences and attention to details providing lots of extras for your stay. Screen covered pool with jacuzzi and relaxing outdoor living space. We loved the reclining family room sofa! Easy bike or drive to beaches, shops and restaurants. One of the nicest properties we have rented. Does not disappoint.

We had an awesome stay! The house is on a quiet street with no traffic and friendly neighbors. The inside of the house is spotless and there’s plenty of room for everyone. The appliances are all new and there are plenty of cookware and utensils. We spent most of our time relaxing in the pool area. It’s very peaceful and lots of wildlife to see in the back yard. There’s an outdoor cooking area and TV out there The house is located about 20 minutes away from Boca Grande and Englewood Beach. We will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

As a Floridian who travels frequently and has been in a lot of rentals across the state, I was very impressed with Maria's place. The house was welcoming from the second you walk in. Maria has beautifully decorated every room, very unique Floridaesque pieces, down to the hand towels. Although it was just my daughter and me, I imagine this would be plenty of space for a bigger family. The backyard is amazing; I loved walking around and looking at the landscape. Even though there is a busy road nearby, it felt very secluded. Even though we ended up not bringing our dog, we enjoyed feeding our fish friends every day. There are several restaurants in the area to choose from, for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Nice central location, we took day trips to Sanibel and Boca Grande to ride our bikes, visited the Edison/Ford estate in Ft Myers. It was nice to relax in the pool/hot tub after returning "home" at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this oasis to anyone looking for a rental.

Gorgeous House. Pristine condition. Beautiful. Comfortable. Pictures are accurate. Great place for a family get together. Awesome kitchen. Kids loved the pool. The pool toys/accessories and outdoor TV screens make the outdoor space perfect for everyone. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

We had an absolutely great 4 day stay. The house is beautiful and the views are stunning. The description in the listing is completely accurate. We would for sure choose this place again for future stays.

Great house and great host! Home was super-clean, had very comfortable beds, and had plenty of space to relax. We loved the enclosed backyard area (grill/kitchen/bar area, pool, and hot tub). We would definitely come back next time we are in the area. Property was just as described.

This is an absolutely beautiful house in a gorgeous location. My boys spent the entire day fishing on the dock while we relaxed in the pool. Brianna was extremely communicative and any concerns we had she addressed immediately. We would love to stay here again.

This was by far one of our favorite Airbnb’s. It was perfect for us (and our two dogs). And just as beautiful as the pictures! The Airbnb is very clean and organized. Everything we needed was provided. There were clear instructions written out, but if we had any questions, Loree responded quickly. We mostly hung out at the Airbnb, but walked into town, which was less than a 10 minute walk. We met Loree, who is one of the nicest people we have met. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay throughout our entire stay. Looking forward to going back and renting her Airbnb too!

this place was great! tastefully decorated. pool was beautiful. plenty of towels to use. beach chairs and umbrella were very useful! nice area. I will definitely come back. no complaints!

Ms. Diana has a beautiful property. The entire home was spotless. Almost like it was brand new for us. It had everything we needed for vacation and more. We loved the swimming pool. There is a ping pong table, adult and children's bikes and beach items(umbrella, chairs and cooler). The home is close to multiple beautiful beaches. Near multiple shopping options. Very nice neighborhood. We walked every afternoon. Low car traffic past the house. So quiet at night (frogs and crickets only). Beautiful view of the sunsets. 10/10 highly recommend. Will definitely come back in the future. Thank you.

What an incredible week! I highly recommend Amy’s place if you’re looking for a quiet, restful vacation. We have three kids (including an infant) and we had everything we needed for an excellent vacation. Amy was an incredible communicator and was very accommodating. This was our second time to the island and it did not disappoint. Do yourself a favor and book your vacation here! We rented a golf cart for one day and also went on a private boat tour with Jerry Blake (Blake Tours). He picked us up right from the dock on LGI and took us all around the area. Highly recommend this as well!!

Wonderful place close to the beach. We had everything we needed! Remodeling being done on neighbors house but no one was there when we were there so it was ok. I’m the future, swimming pool will be back to back with neighbor and not so private. Hoping they can put something in between for more privacy down the road. Otherwise, we truly could not ask for more in a house and for location. Absolutely amazing spot!! Host is super responsive to your needs. We needed a pump for floaties and it was there within an hour!

My wife and I had a very relaxing time and enjoyed our anniversary weekend. We only wished we’d had more time to stay and look forward to another opportunity to stay at Nick and Brenda’s place. The space was very clean and smelled fantastic. They were communicative and check in was super easy. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!!

I cannot say enough about how responsive Wendy is. We had a few hiccups with our stay that had to do with a leak that occurred with the AC. Unfortunately, I had to call Wendy at almost 11 PM on our day of arrival and she picked up immediately! She worked to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible and stayed in communication with me the entire time. We visit this area often and I will definitely reach back out to Wendy for another stay :)

very nice house, great and quiet location. very clean and great amenities. the kids loved the pool and the deck, outside seating is very comfy. we would stay here again, hopefully we can come back soon.
