Had such a great stay. The house was super comfortable and had all the touches of home—from cozy surroundings to thoughtful amenities, even in the bathrooms, which really made it nice. My (grown) kids ❤️ and I had the best time—short walk to the beach, ( full beach gear available) and the pool was perfect to come back to and unwind. The owners were super responsive to any requests we had, which made the whole experience even better. We packed in a lot of fun and laughs, and this place made it all easy and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

This wonderful beach house comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a place to unwind, relax, and disconnect from everyday life. It offers a peaceful atmosphere that is truly refreshing. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are plenty of towels, linens, and pillows available. The furniture is incredibly comfortable. The neighbors are friendly and very helpful, making the experience even better. This place is truly a gem.

We had such a wonderful time at this beach house! Not only was the beach house in the absolute perfect location- the attention to detail & aesthetics were on point! The hosts were very responsive and gave great local recommendations. The pool area is perfect & shaded to get a little escape from the sun at the beach. The hosts also provided beach chairs and a wagon to make it easy to get down to the sand (although the walk is so close you really don’t even need the wagon). Something I really would like to point out is how COMFORTABLE the beds were. I have stayed in so many vacation homes where the beds are so uncomfortable. The linens & mattresses were like a dream- sleep is very important for a vacation with children. We loved it here and will definitely be back soon. Thanks for a great stay :)

Where does one begin?! Amanda was an extraordinary host, bar none. Communication was proactive and ensured no detail was overlooked, in terms of logistics for grocery delivery and transportation from the dick to the house, seamless precision. The house was pristine w/every attention to detail being met (and exceeded). The views were nothing short of surreal; the beach was perfection! We are counting the days til our return, so very grateful to Amanda for hosting a magnificent stay at Lu’s!

It is difficult to write a review of the stay at Coco-hut, given the very, very unique nature of this property. We were there to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and it was a perfect place to be in nature and away from others for the four days we were there. The house was very nice and comfortable and the beach & hot tub were perfect. The sunsets were (as advertised) amazing. In short, we had no complaints about the house or the area. The only complaint my wife and I had was that the owner, Ray, after booking sent over an email with 5 PDF attachments. 3 were helpful details on the visit and welcomes. One was a rather threatening 17-page PDF on all the things that you can be "charged" for if you do not do correctly. The last was a 5-page legal rental agreement that he required signature in advance on. During visit, we had some minor issues and Ray was very condescending to us. The Lemonheads had a great song that we kept thinking of during our stay, "It's a shame about Ray." ;-(

This place was great , extremely relaxing and peaceful. Beaches and beautiful homes all around. The house had all we needed for the beach! Kathy was extremely nice and very easy to reach out to incase we needed something! Thank you so much!!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super responsive and friendly, making check-in and communication a breeze.

If I could give this home 10 stars, I would! This is the only Airbnb we’ve ever returned to, and we’re already planning our next stay for our family of four. The home instantly feels welcoming: fresh flowers, snacks on the counter, even a fridge stocked with cold drinks.. little touches that make you feel like you’re visiting a friend’s house and not a rental. Janine is a wonderfully responsive and thoughtful host. The home is spotless, cozy, and stocked with all the things you might forget to pack (sunblock, toiletries, even slippers). The towels are plush and plentiful, there are extra linens and blankets, and the beds are incredibly comfortable; we slept so well after our days at the beach! Most importantly, you truly can’t beat having a beautiful, quiet beach right in your own backyard. This house is a gem.

Erin and Alex were very responsive to our questions. The pool app was finicky and the hot tub and pool lights and hot tub would turn off. Erin and Alex were very responsive, helpful and respectful of our privacy. The house and pool area was perfect. It was close enough to the ocean to walk or ride bikes, yet peacefully quiet when sitting by the pool. There were plenty of towels, the kitchen was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. A favorite rental and I hope we can return someday. Highly recommend!

We love the house and the location - it is a beautiful home with an amazing backyard. Many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The only downside is - the kitchen needs more pans and kitchen utensils so we can prepare the meals at the house. The backyard has a lot of mosquitoes and ants at any time of the day - even insects inside the pool; the house should have a net so the pool can be cleaned every day. This can be an easy fix for the host. Again, we love the house and definitely would stay here again.

Excellent House, convenient location, warm hosts, great pick. The house was easy to locate and check into. Everything was clean and supplies were enough to last our stay. The pool was excellent, heated and appropriate. The backyard space in the pool space was so well utilized, with all the supplies that one can think of. Beds were comfortable in bathrooms were adequate. Will surely keep this house as a priority for our next vacation.

We loved our short but amazing stay here. Plenty of space for us and felt at home. The place was extremely well decorated and the landscape was beautiful. The host always were responsive and very friendly.

We had an amazing stay at this house in Naples! The home was very clean, comfortable, and felt incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor space next to the pool. We spent a lot of time out there - it was peaceful, relaxing, and the pool was so much fun. The house itself is extremely well-equipped with everything you might need. It’s actually the first Airbnb we’ve stayed at that had good kitchen knives - such a nice surprise! There’s also a bunch of beach gear available and even four bikes, which were perfect for riding to the beach. You can also walk there; it's not a long distance at all. The location is honestly my favorite in Naples. It’s super convenient - close to all the grocery stores like Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Publix. Plus, Mercato is nearby with lots of shops and great restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

Kate was truly the best host! This was my first time renting an Airbnb, so I was a little nervous—my girlfriend and I even thought it might be too good to be true. But from start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Kate made the whole process super smooth, and the place was exactly like the photos—beautiful, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Seriously, anything we thought of, she had it! We felt completely at home and can’t wait to come back. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone staying in or near Venice. It was amazing in every way!

There were 4 of us adults and one child 12 years old. we spent our vacation in this beautiful house from June 8 to 14.briefly about the house inside, everything was very clean all the towels smelled clean and looked like new. the bedding was of good quality and everyone was comfortable sleeping. every room and bathroom had a nice smell. the kitchen has everything you need and everything is of good quality. The backyard also liked to eat barbecue and comfortable furniture. Separate plus for a refrigerator outside is very convenient. to walk to the beach for about a minute. Stayed here with our family and another family for Memorial Day weekend for a local getaway from miami. The house was in excellent condition and the property managers are extremely thoughtful. The house has everything you could ask for and the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and tools to cook anything. We used the heated pool - which the kids loved - and my husband was obsessed with the cold plunge. The house is also pet friendly and has a great little relief area out back. Overall loved the place and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet vacation. We didn’t think it was quite walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach but there is a local golf cart shuttle that’ll take you to and from for a small fee.

If you are looking to stay in Sarasota, this is an amazing place. Beyond having the best equipped kitchen we've ever seen in an AirBnB, our hosts were incredibly responsive in addressing any other needs we had. This property felt like home by the time we left, and we have no problems recommending it to anyone!

We had a little mini getaway and this home was perfect! The home was beautiful! The kids loved the pool and outside Tv. Beach was a 4 min. Drive. When in Naples this is the perfect home away from home!
