This apartment was lovely and spotless. My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing time. The condo is very private and quiet. The beach is very close even though we got rough seas but weather was nice. Highly recommend this place.

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this location and it does not disappoint! The place has been renovated and looks great! The host is clear and we had no issues getting into the condo. I used the laundry room and that was straight forward. The location is so close to the beach. We enjoyed our time and plan to come back!

House is lovely, exactly as depicted in photos. It’s super well appointed and Nicole was responsive and helpful.

The house was very quaint with great access to Charlotte Harbor. Jugg Creek is quite the place these days. Restaurant, Bar, and Fuel dock/Bait shop nearby.

The house was very open & inviting, easy to find with ample parking. It had easy access to the waterway and very convenient to grocery stores , restaurants and the beach. It’s located near the end of a canal but limited space for boat storage which we brought. But overall it was well worth the stay

We had a nice relaxing stay! Watching the beautiful sunsets right from the screened porch was amazing and the proximity to the beach was so convenient! Communication with Ryan and Nicole was great!

Lisa & Chris’s condo on Little Gasparilla Island is such a peaceful vacation. The condo is spotless. The beach is a wonderful place for long uncrowded walks. Sights of Manatees in the surf, fossilized sharks teeth in the sand & fresh turtle nesting tracks heading into the dunes. Bring lots of groceries over on the ferry when you first arrive. Then, It’s an easy ferry ride to the mainland for groceries to replenish your stocks after 3-4 days. The owners are very responsive and go out of their way to make their guests feel welcomed.

We had the most relaxing stay at Emily and Bo’s home. The pictures and description are totally accurate. The house was fantastic, nicely appointed, spotlessly clean, and in a peaceful neighborhood. We really enjoyed the lanai area, pool and spa, and being right on the canal was the best! Manatees swimming by, kayaking out to the mangroves with the bay so close was amazing. So many different bird species captured on my Merlin app too. The house has everything you need for a perfect stay. It’s important to note how comfy the bed was as well with soft linens. We definitely plan to book again and can’t wait to come back. Emily is a terrific host!

What an incredible week! I highly recommend Amy’s place if you’re looking for a quiet, restful vacation. We have three kids (including an infant) and we had everything we needed for an excellent vacation. Amy was an incredible communicator and was very accommodating. This was our second time to the island and it did not disappoint. Do yourself a favor and book your vacation here! We rented a golf cart for one day and also went on a private boat tour with Jerry Blake (Blake Tours). He picked us up right from the dock on LGI and took us all around the area. Highly recommend this as well!!

We had a great family vacation for 3 nights. We would have loved to stay longer but we only had a small window of time for a trip. The host was so informative on everything we needed for a successful stay. We comfortably fit 8 grown kids and adults. The location was nice. Less than a 5 min walk to the beach. We opted to rent a golf cart which was perfect for our local needs. The kitchen appliances were extremely modern and clean. We had every appliance or kitchen gadget needed for food prep. The bathrooms were clean too and water pressure was great for a nice shower after a trip to the beach or fishing from our boat. We brought our small boat and had access to a great dock five mins or less from the house. The kids (16-30) spent hours combing the beach for sharks teeth and sunbathing. We spent evenings watching the sunset and mornings on one of the porches (upstairs/downstairs) enjoying coffee from the keurig. We will definitely plan a return trip when we can find the time!

We had a great long weekend at this property. The house is as pictured and was a great fit for our family of 5 adults and 2 kids, though there was room for more. The house is well stocked, updated, and very clean. The beach area was great with plenty of room for us to fish, play frisbee, and look for shells and shark teeth. This area was hit very hard by the hurricanes last fall and neighboring properties were greatly impacted with some debris piles remaining. Construction in the area is likely during the weekdays as the area continues to rebuild.

This is an absolutely beautiful house in a gorgeous location. My boys spent the entire day fishing on the dock while we relaxed in the pool. Brianna was extremely communicative and any concerns we had she addressed immediately. We would love to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was very well-equipped with everything—and more—that our family needed for a perfect beach vacation. We absolutely loved the location, especially being able to walk barefoot from the house straight onto the beautiful sands of Siesta Key Beach. It made everything so easy and relaxing. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back

It is wonderful to see Sanibel Island coming back from Hurricane Ian (and Milton). The condo is lovely. We enjoyed the fresh and fun decorating. Pinterest worthy! The updated, tiled baths were terrific, great showers! All appliances are brand new in the kitchen, as well as washer dryer, and smart tv's. The location right on the beach was beautiful. You step out right on the white sand beach and we found lots of shells. There is still some construction going on in the condo complex, (not inside the condo) but everyone was nice and solicitous during our visit. We would definitely rent here again.

We loved this beautiful condo! It was in a great location with easy access to the beach. The beach was very walkable & had great shelling. It was also close to the lighthouse which we walked to via the beach. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants Wickie’s & Magic Bus ice cream. The in-unit washer & dryer were also a nice amenity. When we had a question, Katlyn responded quickly. We had a wonderful week there & highly recommend it.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Casita Salida Del Sol very much! The condo was clean, comfortable, and nicely updated and decorated. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating before and during our stay, and the property manager was very helpful as well. We had everything we needed to feel right at home in the townhouse. It is located right next to the marina which was convenient, and fun to watch the ferry come and go throughout the day. The deck faces the east which is perfect for watching the sunrise. We saw dolphins from the deck one day. We enjoyed the kayaks, bikes, sand toys, and of course used the golf cart daily. We hated to leave and would definitely stay here again!

It was a beautiful property. The view was so nice right on the beach, there were a lot of accommodations, including beach chairs and an umbrella that we did not have to pay for. I love that we had our own private parking spot right by the door. I will definitely book again. It was so peaceful and perfect. The host was very responsive.

The Turquoise Turtle is beautifully appointed - relaxed coastal vibe and very comfortable. Great amenities - from beach supplies to indoor essentials. We stocked up at Jerry’s Food and the condo was well equipped for cooking. We also enjoyed local restaurants; highly recommend nearby Wickies Lighthouse Restaurant. Recommend you pack light for the walk to the beach…even with the wagon, it is a workout getting across the deep sand path (a boardwalk like the adjacent properties would be a HUGE help). Parking and condo access are convenient, as are the pool and outdoor grilling areas. Kelly Lynn was a super host from early planning to a warm welcome and easy checkout process. She hasn’t missed a thing!

This place was perfect for our family of four, with two young children. Everything was as described and they provided so many great beach supplies including a foldable wagon for transporting everything back and forth. Laundry room was nice bonus. Our son loved the backyard games and hose station for washing shells. The deck was a great extended living space, perfect for sharing meals and watching the sunset. Thank you!!!

Boyfriend and I had a great stay here for our long weekend getaway. This condo is very thoughtfully appointed, freshly decorated and nicely furnished. Great screened in porch to hang out on as well. You can tell the owner cares about the property and has worked hard to get things shipshape again after the rough storm season last year. The AC and ceiling fans do a good job keeping the space comfortable and road noise/outside noise is minimal despite ongoing minor improvements going on at surrounding properties. Lots of great recommendations in the info booklet for things to do and places to go. The beach is gorgeous and not overcrowded. We liked being able to walk to a few good restaurants and having so many other outdoor activities and options within a short drive's distance. Communication was easy and responsive regarding anything we needed to know. We can't wait to stay here again, we had a wonderful and relaxing time. Thank you!
