very calm neighborhood, with several cafes nearby, supermarket very close. Paul provided the keys to the underground parking, so it was very convenient to leave the car in a safe place. The apartment has enough space to accommodate 4-5 people comfortably. it was a little difficult to find the road because of temporary repairs on the main road. It had everything you need to accommodate a comfortable, nicely equipped kitchen. Thanks to the host!

The owner greeted me promptly and was very kind. I show the apartment and explain the different details of the apartment. The apartment is just as shown in the photos on the page. And highlight the good cleanliness.

Martina is a superclass hostess, open, friendly and very helpful. She is easy to reach and also likes to give information about the area, etc. I highly recommend it!!!

We were passing through with motorcycles. We were allowed to park these in the carport - very cool. We were allowed to throw our wet things from the trip in the dryer in the basement for a small tip. The apartment was sparkling clean and we slept very well. We would sleep here again if we were in the region again. Thank you and best regards!

We had a wonderful time at Angelika's place. The apartment is lovingly and tastefully decorated in every detail. You can immediately tell how much heart is in it. The garden in particular is a real highlight: quiet, well-kept and beautiful, a perfect place to relax. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and would have liked to have stayed longer. Sarah's house is very beautiful and cozy, the heating is great, if there is a problem, Sarah can also respond in time and solve it, the room is very comfortable, the layout is very good, the neighborhood is very beautiful, the environment is very good, we like it very much, we recommend everyone to stay, if there is a chance, we will definitely come back to stay. Our stay at Christopher's apartment was terrific! The apartment is super charming, with great comfort and very good facilities. The cleanliness can be rated 5 stars +, it doesn't get any better. To make waking up perfect, coffee capsules are even available. The communication was 1A. We will be happy to come back!! Location is great, quickly by bus or by car in the Augsburg city center. Good highway access.

The flat is spacious and fitted with all we needed. Andreas’s communication and in house instructions are clear and covered all we needed to know. The underground parking was very convenient especially during bad weather. Thanks again Andreas for a pleasant week!

Great place to stay, close to everything, can walk everywhere from there, tram/bus is two-three minutes away. We didn't use the sauna or spa, but they looked really nice. The parking garage is a very nice feature.

The house is as it appears in the photos. Everything is very well cared for and the decoration is nice. The area is quiet, close to a supermarket and cafes, and a few minutes away from the highway by car. Spacious parking. Communication with the owner was very good and fast. I would go back. The kitchenware was somewhat scarce.

We had a very nice stay. The home was clean and the location is fantastic. Only downside during our stay was that the elevator was not operational and we had to lug our bags up five flights of stairs. Our host was very accommodating, however, and did help us bring everything up and we had no issues during our stay. Augsburg is a beautiful city and this was a beautiful home. We are so thankful they allow us to stay there.

Very good location, near the city center and good to walk. The flat is very good and have a very nice balcony to enjoy the end of the day.

Andrea was very welcoming and you definitely can see how much attention to detail she has put into every room. We liked the whole experience with whirlpool, terrace and the free Netflix. We would definitely recommend it anyone, who wants some fun and quiet time :))

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.

In short, the accommodation was very good, amenities and location brilliant. There could be a few small improvements, such as a curtain in the children's room to the kitchen, the drain in the shower and the layering. Thanks to Marco.
