Apartment vacation rentals in Bo-Kaap, Schotsche Kloof

I spent a week at Katy's place with my teenage daughter in April 2015. We really enjoyed the location, central and easy walking distance to restos, coffees and grocery shops. Driving to the Waterfront was less than 10 min by Uber. The apartment was great, secure, with tasteful decoration (was featured on the cover page of House & Leisure magazine, nice read !). Plenty of natural light through windows with amazing views of Table Mountain & Lion's Head, and more than ample space for the 2 of us when I needed to work (daughter particularly enjoyed her nook in the comfy sofa seat upstairs). Please note that the apartment may not be suitable for those with smaller children though (stairs to bedroom do not have a guard rail which would be risky). Would most definitely come back again.

Had an INCREDIBLE month stay here! The location is ideal for those looking for easy waking and public transit. Petro was extremely responsive and was very peaceful to communicate with. 10/10 recommend :)

This newly listed, fully equipped apartment stands out at Old Cape Quarter Residences. It is well situated at the hotspots of de Waterkant, yet still peaceful. It comes with underground parking. The large balcony receives sun throughout the day. Colin is a superb host, responsive & accommodating.

Breathtaking views, very well looked after property and very kind and responsive host. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved our and stay and would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to enjoy a beautifully appointed apartment in a modern development in one of the lovely central neighbourhoods of Cape Town. The apartment was beautifully clean and full of thoughtful extras which were much appreciated. It’s great to find house proud hosts who love their space and want to go out of their way to ensure their guests have a fantastic stay. We have no hesitation recommending this place and the area. I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Cape Town. The apartment is perfect—spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and comfortable for both short and long stays. The WiFi was fast and stable, which made working remotely a breeze, and the building felt very safe with excellent security. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from amazing restaurants and bars in the heart of the CBD. Meghan was an outstanding host: extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place with out of this World views and proximity to most amenities.

Very nice place. Secure. Amazing terrace with sofas and dining table. Very nice view. Spend mornings and evenings in the sofas reading. Well stocked kitchen. Be aware that the apartment is in two levels with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. It’s very practical unless you have big problems with stairs. The neighbourhood is great with (in my opinion obviously,y) the optimal balance between safety and city life with cafes, restaurants etc nearby.

Jay's place is great value for money. He is an excellent host and very responsive. The flat is thoughtfully furnished with lots of helpful extras for travelers. It is also walking distance from great restaurants and coffee shops. There is some traffic noise but this is probably a downside of most apartments with a central location.

Manon is a superb host and together with Rumen attended to our requests for assistance without delay. I really look forward to the opportunity to stay at this property again as it meets my requirements 100%

Loved the place. Felt very safe as a solo female traveler coming and going. The building is always manned with 24hr security and they are always willing to assist. Great central location and uber never took less than 1-2min to arrive. Conveniently located; close by are grocery, coffee and bottle shops as well as great restaurants and lounges. The apartment is well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay and the hosts are super quick to respond to any questions/needs. I loved my stay here and I look forward to staying again when I return.

We stayed at Aiwe's place for a month and had a great stay. The location is perfect, accessible to groceries as well as restaurants, bars, and parks. The place was well-equipped and perfect for a longer stay. Aiwe was always responsive and helpful.

Wonderful Stay I had an amazing time at Rest Easy. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. Rest Easy was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the specific detail, like thoughtful touches, welcome snacks and the great communication.

Great place to stay in central town, would recommend mostly for solo travellers. Building was safe, great reception team, lovely light space and everything you need for a week or so. Super convenient in being able to walk around everywhere within town. Only mention is that the fried food smells from restaurants attached to the building can come through the vents. Didn't happen every day but also not something that hosts can control. Otherwise highly recommended apartment.

We had the greatest time ever during our stay in Cape Town, and this home really made it a top tier experience. The host are amazing, such a great couple and very friendly and welcoming. They gave us some great recommendations on places to eat. Plus any questions we had they had no issues answering and responding swiftly. I really love that you get the whole place, and trust me when I say the picture look great, but the actual place is 100000x better! The hot tub was amazing, the lights and colors during night with the views and trust me coffee on the rooftop in the mornings was a true experience in its self. Was nice having The Bootlegger cafe so close! This will be our go to spot whenever we visit Capetown again! ❤

We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything was immaculate, and the host went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. The views were absolutely breathtaking, with plenty of natural light filling the space. The apartment is located within a hotel, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making each day even more enjoyable. We truly had a wonderful time and can’t thank Kim and her team enough for such a brilliant experience in Cape Town!

I really enjoyed my stay at Manon’s place. The Penthouse was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. Manon was super helpful and kind, she made the whole process really easy, and communication was great throughout. It’s a lovely spot to come back to after a busy day, and I felt well taken care of. Jane is wonderful and so was the accommodation! Unfortunately we weren’t there long enough to enjoy the swimming pool. Great location and to watch the ocean in the morning over a cup of coffee, a treat. Cannot recommend Jane and the accompanying highly enough. Amazing staycation with a peaceful atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed listening to the waves crashing against the shore and morning beach walks. Just what was needed to energize the batteries again.

I’ve stayed in many places across Cape Town, none are better than this. Everything is carefully designed for the best possible quality of living. The city view is second-to-none. A fully open kitchen, dining, and living space makes for never-ending special moments. I’ve never experienced peace and quiet like this in the city, with the gardens centre and coffee shops just a few minutes away. If you’re looking for a well-thought out luxury stay, look no further.
