Suitable for two or three people, the apartment has recently been renovated and has beautiful finishes. The bathroom has both a hot tub and shower, toiletries are provided together with plenty of good quality towels and a hairdryer. The king sized bed is dressed in quality linen and offers a comfortable nights rest. Extensive wardrobe space for unpacking. This is the perfect choice for your holiday or business stay. 24hr check in. Key and garage remote to be collected from front desk secure underground parking free access to indoor pool and gym On the day of your arrival the keys will be ready for you to collect anytime from 2pm onwards. Keys will be left in the post box 1101 at reception desk. On the bunch of keys is a garage remote. The entrance to underground garage is on the Longmarket street side of the Cartwright building - first set of black roller doors - drive up ramp and slightly to the right is parking bay C2. Please only park in this bay. Located in the city centre, this is a vibrant area and the ideal place to base yourself to explore Cape Town's major attractions! The V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, Clifton and Camps Bay beaches, CTICC, and Museums are all a short drive away. There are many restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance. My City bus terminal and taxi rank right outside Cartwright building. I like to meet my guests if this is at all possible. I live in the same building (a few floors up) but if you are unsure of your arrival time the keys to the apartment can be found in the post box 1101 located at the reception desk. Upon arrival ask them to get them from the box for you. If you have a car secure and designated parking can be reached by entering the underground parking garage on the Longmarket street side of the Cartwright building. Enter at the first set of black roller doors-drive up ramp and bay C2 is slightly to the right. Also on the bunch of keys is a white credit card. Scan this in the elevator to reach the 11th floor. It overlooks Greenmarket Square where a daily craft market is set up from 6am-6pm which may affect light sleepers in the morning, although we have installed acoustic glass doors that block out sound! It has a smart TV with Netflix. Please note: WIFI is capped at 200 daytime gigs (from 7am-12 midnight) & 1000 night time gigs (from 12 midnight -7am). NO POWER CUTS
