Spacious and comfortable house, as advertised. Located in a calm and quiet region, but at the same time close to the center (to go by car) where the main tourist attractions are located. I recommend the accommodation.

Excellent stay! It was great to be in this property, a very large space, with several beds, air-conditioning in almost every room. And the owner was extremely friendly, polite and flexible in relation to schedules! It was a great experience!

The space, a charming little house, made available to us, was very clean and organized. Since it's a wooden house, everything that happens in the house can be heard inside the house. If I were to suggest an upgrade, I would recommend queen beds or 2 single beds. I really like the place.

Our stay at Marcílio's site was wonderful! I made a special trip with my 5-year-old son to ride the Enxaimel Route and enjoy the quiet of the place. The site is spacious, with a great pool, and provided us with very relaxing moments — we sleep super well every night. My son was delighted by feeding the birds and playing outdoors. Pomerode is also an excellent destination for kids, with attractions such as the Zoo, Vila Encantada, the tram ride and Osterfest. In addition, the city has amazing restaurants. We felt very welcome and there was absolutely nothing missing. We recommend for sure!

The ap is beautiful, everything impeccable. Complicated to enter from the primera, but then gets the hang of it. The location is excellent for those who want to know the German village.

The apartment is well located and with everything that is needed in it. only the initial entrance is a little complex but I think it is because I had never taken anything with an electronic lock. I believe that from now on it will be easier when I use it again.

Mr. Sérgio is extremely polite. The space is clean and very well organized. Close to the center, 5 minutes by car. The city is also very clean and prepared to receive tourists. Lots of options for kids!

I've lost count of how many times I've been in this apartment. Super recommend. All very clean, organized and functioning. Internet good and has all the necessary utensils for a good stay. The region is peaceful, safe and reasonably silent (sometimes there is some daytime noise from surrounding works, but nothing absurd). Near Ramiro Ruediger Park and a 15-minute walk from the German Village.

Location exactly as shown in the photos, very nice and quiet. Host answered all questions quickly, we loved the stay.

I really like the Local. Enio was very nice, he even had dinner with us. Os Homemiros Fátima e José, were fantastic. We feel at home in the midst of a family. We'll be back again and again.

Excellent cost-benefit. Great location and Ronnie always responded immediately. We went in 3 adults and 1 child and the space accommodated well. Super easy access to the city's main tourist attractions.

Quiet location, away from the city center. As we were in a car, it was possible to get around without problems. Clean place, good bathroom with a delicious warm bath.

Dirce and Vilmar are a beautiful couple who kindly received us with open arms and gratitude to share their home. The place was tidy cleaned and complete. I definitely recommend to anyone who wants a quiet place so close to Blumenau , shops and Restaurant. Located in a culdesac end of the street with fruit trees in back yard. We stayed a month and loved the place. Hopefully one day we come back to visit them . Arrivederci … 🙌🏽

We were welcomed, including the goats, who made my children happy. Local bucolico, for those seeking silence, but very close to the main points of Pomerode, such as the zoological and the center. The ad corresponded exactly to what was delivered. We will definitely come back! thank you so much!

We stayed at Dona Maria and Mr. Arlindo's house for three days, we recommend it to everyone. The house matches the photos, well organized, clean, very cozy atmosphere amidst nature with great tranquility. Well located, close to downtown and close to tourist attractions and parks. Our children loved the stay in the midst of nature, they played a lot around the house, they are wanting to return soon. Again, we appreciate the attention, hospitality and friendliness of the hosts in welcoming us. We hope to repeat the stay.

We were at Rony's house with a group of 13 people. The place is great, a safe and quiet region, away from the center of Indaial, but within what we wanted. Rony is always helpful, responding quickly. Upon arriving at the house, we were surprised by 2 rooms isolated from the main house (when we closed the house, the people who stayed in these rooms were isolated), which we did not know. They had extra mattresses for the children who slept on the bedroom floors and in the living room. All bedrooms/living room have air-conditioning. Great barbecue area, with large table for all meals. Full kitchen. We enjoyed the fire area on the floor and the lake with a paddle boat. Good internet. We had 2 problems with showers: one of them was turned off, which the next day was fixed by the caretaker. The other shower burned the fuse, because there are other showers in the house, it didn't cause much discomfort. Rony left a wonderful cake on our arrival. We had an excellent stay! We loved the experience.
